I have had the absolute worst curbside pickup at this location. They will leave you sitting in the pickup spot and never come out. When you call to inquire they hang up repeatedly!!! Then when you go in they try to give you the ice cold food without recourse! Guess what, they do not tell you until after you have ordered and paid that your order is NOT REFUNDABLE!!!! This is false advertising at it's finest. Avoid. The manager, Caroline DeVries, was unapologetic and condescending.

I took one star off because I was kinda disappointed with my food but everyone else loved theirs. It wasn't what I expected for a pasta dish, it had no sauce at all and only 3 bite size chicken. It looked delicious though lol.

Purely based on service. This girl held down 10+ tables, carried 4 drinks and two plates at once, took care of to go orders and all bar drinks. She's a frickin machine. TGI should be so lucky.

The covid restrictions here are really weird & honestly make no sense. Our family was split up because no more that 4 people could sit at the tables. There were plenty of larger tables & booths open but we are only allowed to sit at the small tables that only fit 4.. we had already waited 45 minutes for a table so we decided to stay. Even though they weren't at full capacity it took another 30 minutes for our food to come even though we ordered as soon as we got seated. I will not be returning

Absolutely recommend!! Our server's name was Josh, I made sure to ask if there was another Josh at this location and he said there was not. He was absolutely AMAZING! He was so cheery and welcoming, there wasn't a single time I looked up and he was just steadily carrying on. His urgency was superb! Josh was very consistent with his tables with the same attitude (from what I saw at least). Shout out to you, Josh and this locations TGIF! I can't wait until next time! P.S. the food was astounding.

We kind of shrugged it off and proceeded to being seated.I ordered Chips & Salsa as an appetizer and the Whiskey-Glazed Sesame Chicken Strips for my meal.The Chips & Salsa were alright. The salsa was served in a small cup that wasn’t enough for the portion of the chips.The Chicken Strips were great. They were full of flavor and even included two cups of the glaze on the side. I basically drowned most of my chicken it tasted so good.The service was pretty good as well.Overall, I will most likely be returning to try other items on the menu!

Such a great management style! Seat yourself, clean your own table, fix your own beverage and free access to the kitchen for your meal!!! And best of all, noone to wait on you! DIY dinner out to eat has never been better

Me and my family of four went to Fridays on Saturday evening, we were told there was a 25 to 30 minute wait and they took our name and phone number down. After waiting almost an hour we noticed the people that came in after us had been seated. We couldn't find the person that was working upfront anywhere, we went to the bar and asked to see a manager. A lady came out of the kitchen and said you wanted to see a manager. We told her about the long wait and we even noticed the paper they wrote our name down on they skipped our name. No reason was given, the manager apologized and then seated us. We did notice the lady working out front earlier was waiting on tables. We will not be going to Fridays again.
