No. This location is bad. There is always a problem here. They will forget items for sure every time. You will get a lot of bad attitude in person and on the phone when you have to call about them forgetting items. Make sure you check your order completely before you leave this place. They forgot a large order of corn and other items then when I called and finally was able to complain, they told me to dispute the charge with my payment institution. Thanks Wingstop Merrillville.

Almost every part of our order was wrong. We ordered the bundle deal & ordered online, so there was no verbal miscommunication of what we ordered. Our tenders had 0 sauce, supposed to be mango habanero & garlic parm. Our boneless wings were supposed to be half garlic parm, half buffalo. We got some mystery sauce for one half, then a 1/4th garlic parm , 1/4th bbq(?). I don’t really understand how it was messed up so bad considering the order prints out from online? The food was good, just not at all what we ordered and by the time we noticed we were 20min away and didn’t wanna go back :( so be sure to double check your order ! Service was fine and food was quick.

When its busy, the workers don't want to be spoken to really. Which is understandable. But when it's slowed down, they are kind and make you feel like more than a customer. The lovely man, Juanito, was making me feel appreciated and happy to see me. He convinced me to get the brownie which was AMAZING WARMED UP! The rest of the workers also kept conversation and showed hospitality. Wonderful night on 2/17/24

If l could rate with a negative, l would. Tonight’s experience with the Wingstop in Merriville IN was the worst my family has had to endure. The food was not fresh, not sauced and when advising MGMT, they didn’t acknowledge, did not address the concerns and made unprofessional and ill comments. When working with the public, there should always be a level of Customer Service. It was the worse $60 spent.

I understand culture specifically black culture, having significance and having its place, but having the hard R dropped multiple times, and a derogatory and hostile manner between multiple employees, with multiple employees working in a food environment, reaching down to pull pants up that are not suspended properly with ungloved hands to handle food, while simultaneously talking on the phone for very clearly not work related reasons, seems to me to be quite a very unprofessional and unhispitable environment for any customers to want to consume the food that was provided here. I don't have very many options being that it is midnight, but I certainly won't be visiting this place again. I didn't feel safe. Seeing act of conflict between multiple people involving raised forces and the staff that are working, with no one trying to de-escalate the situation just makes me feel unsafe in a situation. That's why I'm not waiting inside for my food and why I am outside writing this review.

This location has changed the recipe. I’ve been going to Wingstop for almost a decade and my wings have always had plenty of seasonings on them. The new owner barely seasons them and they’re dry. It’s a noticeable difference. And she charges extra for more seasoning when she barely puts enough on there to begin with. I won’t be returning to this location.

It’s just like most Wing Stop you’ve been too. When it gets busy it’s busy. Food is good and if they mess up your order the staff will take care of you. Plus the manager, Angelica, is hard working and remembers most of her customers.
Placed my order 25 mins prior to showing up, came in and the dude asked me what my name and order was 4x and i sill had to wait instore 20 mins before he asked me to pay and then they began making it or getting it together? A hot a mess, bout 9 dudes working and an 8pc is 45 minutes or more. Nope no
