First and foremost the only reason I give them 3 stars is their prices. This place is more expensive than Whole Foods on most of their items. That being said this place isn't busy and they have really nice stuff especially their produce, seafood, meats and cooked items. It is very nice not having to deal with the crowds like you have to at Whole Foods. The biggest reason we come here is for their coffee bar. They make excellent Lattes and have very good coffee. They also have a patio area so when it's nice you can sit outside. A very young business cliental cones here so very good looking people come here. They also have a garage with 2 hours of free parking with I think 10.00 purchase which is nice. Nice store to shop with ease but very expensive.

This bar has been here forever. Just a good place to come to and have a couple cold ones.

I had the most unpleasant grocery experience this afternoon while entering this establishment for my first time. Simply popping in and going straight to the dairy wall to purchase a single carton of milk on the way home from work, the manager of this store (a short blonde) aggressively got in my face with her first words being "Is that a service dog?" Referring to my 6lb SERVICE puppy/therapy animal in my purse. First of all, yes she is. Second of all, excuse me and hello to you as well. If my heart didn't already begin to race with this woman in my face out of nowhere, the following words were even more inappropriately delivered: "What's your disability?" I wish I hadn't responded looking back because this woman did not deserve one after such despicable behavior. I disclosed my disability and her facial expression naturally changed and I was eager to inquire about her while checking out. I am horrified to have found out this woman was hired or placed as the manager. She not only fails to possess the qualities to be one - the woman should not work in retail altogether. I sincerely hope, for the future visits any of you may have (I certainly will not be giving my business here until I feel it is a safe and welcoming environment) that this woman has a serious talk with the owners. This was not ok. I was not ok after leaving. Hours later, I am home and still shaken by this. Shame on you.

Love this place. Great wine prices and staff. The Thursday tastings are fun and $20 for wine plus a light dinner. The grocery store is great if expensive on some things--but they have lots of coupons and they are GOOD discounts/deals. So I browse aisles when I go which is at least weekly. The deli/kitchen prepared food is excellent if expensive. The cheese and meat/fish crew also know their stuff.

I'm pretty sure the people in charge of hiring at Plum Market visit the local McDonalds to recruit employees. The staff is 100% ridiculous. They are uninformed, ignorant, and just look dirty. As if that's not bad enough, their ingredients are awful - they use corn oil, soybean oil, and who-knows what else. Every time I've gotten food from there, there is some kind of random meat in my dish (I don't eat meat!). People complain of prices, but I don't care what I'm paying if it's worth it. This isn't even worth the trip of gas there. Please improve, Plum Market.

Expensive but worth it! If you are looking for specialty food and drink this is your place. It's not a full grocery store and doesn't have some personal convenience/ non perishable items that a national chain grocery store would have however I can fully trust the quality of produce, meats, and seafood. I also love their selection of frozen foods. Don't miss their kitchen/deli selection: my favorites- the green enchiladas and pizza. Also sushi is half priced after 8pm.

Love the store , unfortunately a person name Brad that runs wells location and calls himself a manager, does not know that refusing people with a service animals is against the law.

I've been going here more often since we sorta broke up with our old favorite foodie grocery out in the burbs. Plum Market is promising. As many people have said, it's in the same bracket as Whole Foods Market. WFM has dropped in quality and Plum is poised to pick up some of us who want good quality stuff. In general I like this location. It's mostly well stocked, though the deli (as in, sliced deli cuts deli counter) seems to be out of things frequently, and some of the offerings at the "kitchen" prepared food items area are a bit repetitive. They only have about a dozen choices of cold carry items like turkey meatloaf, etc. & I wish they'd rotate a bit more in that area and on the hot bar. But they have some things here that I like a lot and can only find in a few spots, so it's definitely worth a few visits a month.

wow i guess old town is fancy for millionaires who overspend on groceries. i should of steered clear of this place due to all the reviews saying its overpriced but...i needed kamut pasta spirals that i literally can't find anywhere else i had instacarted them in the past. so today i wanted to check it out in the physical. this place is like an (even more) expensive whole foods mixed with a dash of trader joes...basic af for most part and crystal geyser water gallon thats normally 99 cents EVERYWHERE is $2.79! idk i cant say its worth the price because NOTHING was spectacular about this place at all!!! maaan yall really got that bread to spend here im going back to aldis this is ridiculous. 2 stars because aisles had members stockin and in way 2 stars because im just not rich.
