I have frequently stopped at this Culver’s with usually very good food. However I stopped with a group on the way home from Chicago and am quite sure i got food poisoning from your cod sandwich. Three to four hours after eating it I was violently sick all night. I hope you will double check your process in the fish!

Great Lakes Rose Temple
Terrible service. Super slow, often get orders wrong. Sat here 20 minutes only to finally go inside and find out they didn't even start my simple order...or they think "maybe we accidentally gave it to someone else". Never going here again.

Amazing butter burgers! Don’t normally like crinkle fries but theirs are great. Very clean dinning room and restrooms.
Culver’s has been our absolute favorite fast food but tonight was a huge miss. Burgers were cold, fries cold, cheese sauce cold! The burgers were wrapped so loosely they almost fell on our laps. If this had been our first experience we wouldn’t return and won’t be back until improvements are made.

I ordered curbside, waited for 25 mins went inside and the food was just sitting on counter nobody brought it out. I had the walleye dinner and i wouldn't of sent this fish out.

Stoped for dinner on my way home from buying a new car from Pearl Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Peotone, IL. I was greeted at the front counter a, “What can I get for you, Sir?” Incredibly polite staff and customers. I was called, Sir, more than once. I had a roast beef sandwich, fries and a diet coke. Think I paid about $12. The only negative is the parking lot needs better lighting.Parking: Needs better lighting

Employe make us feel like a inconvenience. Ordered, paid was handed food and asked for 1 sauce, was told I would have to purchase since I ordered a sandwich. I asked if I could buy one he looks at me, points to the back. I turned and looked at the 5 or 6 cars in line. Closes the window on me before I could ask. I need to wait through all that "just to order one sauce"? Did look us through the window but never came over or opened it. So we just left.I get it if you are busy juggling 20 things or your having a bad day, or just don't want to be there but have to get that done$$, whatever the reason. Being short and rude, and unprofessional. Take some classes cause you need to be welcoming and polite when working for the public.
