Waited 35 minutes for food and it was cold. Alot of people were waiting a long time for food. Very disappointing experience pop machine was leaking and of course they were out of ice cream. The one manager women was rude to another customer about getting a refund. I heard her yell across the restaurant

Was never the best McDs but was passable. Recently service has gone way downhill. I'm sitting here waiting on breakfast for 20 min now. One guy has been here longer than me and just now got a coffee. Zero food moving out of the kitchen. How hard can this be?

Order a medium coke. Got a medium diet.. went back in told the girl. She took it , dumped it and refilled it with diet coke.. 3rd time they finally got it right...

As per usual they got my order wrong. I ordered holiday pies and strawberry cream pies and they gave me all strawberry cream. I ordered 3 chicken biscuits and they only gave me 2.Of course you always find out once you get back to your house or down the street and it's not worth the time to wait in line for your missing items.

I went to this McDonald’s the other day and there was an employee who waited on me by the name of Jamer (don’t know if I’m spelling that right)! He had a wonderful smile, amazing attitude and was so kind to me. I could tell they were extremely busy and he did everything with such ease and peace but quick and efficient. My order was perfect! I gave this review 5 stars because of Jamer. Kindness is not too common at these fast food restaurants. I usually go to Westville McDonald’s but have decided to take my money here because of the good service and kind attitude.. Thank you Jamer
