This was the first time I ever ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut and the person who took my order was talking so fast I said I don't understand a word you said, all I want is a small pepperoni pizza. They said it will be 15 minutes. I got the pizza and it had no sauce on it. They could have asked me if I would like sauce on it. I don't trust eating out anymore.

Pizza hut in Michigan city Indiana, you need to do better. Ordered a medium thin and crispy chesse pizza but got a medium thin and SOGGY cheese pizza. Pizza wasnt even cut right, probably because it was soggy. Have some pride in making customers Order. You got the easiest job in the world. I don't need it made fast, I need it made right. Corporate needs to step in and handle this Michigan city location. It's getting worse every order. Now you lost a customer because they can't even make a cheese pizza right. Pepperoni Lovers Pizza had very little Pepperoni on it and virtually No Sauce. Just dry bread and cheese.

I ordered delivery but the notification I received said it was carry out I tried to call for 20 minutes I was put on hold every time. I had to drive to the store and then there was nobody on the phone everybody was standing around and I paid $40 for a pepperoni pizza and a box of cinnamon sticks. They didn't refund the delivery fee or the tip that was not earned

I really do my best to be nice and understand that these guys get busy, but everytime we order it's a gamble on if they give us the right crust, toppings, etc etc. Sometimes they'll be on their A game and everything is correct and then alot of times they just make everything completely wrong, such as giving us hand tossed when we've asked for stuffed crust, or not putting the toppings we asked for.If we're gonna pay these premium prices, then at least make our pizza correct.

We paid $30 dollars for one pizza melt six bone in wings and a two liter Pepsi, the melt was so greasy I've been in the bathroom all morning, plus the thought of 6 wing dings for $11,just didn't match the taste,that'll probably be the last time ordering from them or any other establishment it's the biggest scam ever
