The biscuits were hard. The side salad is no longer included with your meal but a hair in the salad from the waitress is. I ordered a root beer with my meal. She never brought it but it was on the bill for almost 4 dollars. The food was delicious! It's discouraging to see prices go up and quality go down.

Food was good besides the portions they are never the same service was a little slow for the amount of people that was in the dining room it took the server to long to get drink refills i am a big seafood person to me it could have been better

We haven’t been there in quite awhile. It has really gone down hill. We waited 10 minutes before anyone took our order. They appeared to be very short staffed. The place was less than 1/4 full.A salad is an additional $4.95 it used to come with the meal. The chose two used to have lots of options now it is shrimp options only. Stoped in the restrooms and both of us were discussed with the lack of cleanliness of the restrooms. Your shoes stuck to the floor.We are not sure we will be back.
Do not goto Red Lobster Michigan city. This place is ran by a bunch of incompetent people. The management is rude and can’t handle their normal scenarios that happen in their position. The meals are served cold. Attitude is given when things were charged on our bill that were never received & then still not resolved. If you want to ruin your night go here. Salads come after the meal ?. You will be ignored if you stand up for how awful things come out when trying to resolve it. This restaurant chain has been going down hill. Always forgetting things and never resolving things. They need to get a new team here as if I was the franchise owner I’d be upset with who’s running my business.
