RIOS. Ohhh,..this is the only place I will legit clear out the entire plate. OKAY SO? Order online and pickup will be within 15-25min. They send you a text letting you know your order is ready. Super nice people work there for a great pick-up experience. When they ask you if you want hot sauce, just say yes. Trust me. Anyhow, I get the Veggie quesadilla (rice) add onion tomato cilantro and sometimes extra cheese. I have yet to be disappointed. SOOO DELISH!
Love Rios for the money they give you such big portions and they're street tacos. Wow they are amazing you get two shells in the filling that they give you is outstanding I recommend anyone that's in the Michigan city area to go here if you love Mexican food.

Guac is 100/1. always fantastic and never brown.Great price for the v most part.I got a taco and a quesadilla.quesadilla is not a quesadilla….its just a bigger taco.No cars in line when i went.

Rios please get your stuff together! Customer service is going downhill. They have a “manager” at the MC location names “Gee” that is horrible with customer service and has an attitude. I asked for 2 extra sauces for my nacho bowl today and she said that it would be an extra .50!! (It is NOT posted anywhere, and she admitted it). I said could you please give me full cups, and she said “we don’t fill them up because it is hard to put the lid on!!” ?? WOW!! So, what you are saying is that you want me to pay an extra .50 for double air. Smdh She would not give me contact information of the owner, she said to go to Yelp and write a review. SMH If anyone knows the owner of Rios at the MC location, please let me know and if you know her real name please let me know as well. Please inbox me. I would like to speak with the owner personally. Horrible customer service can kill a business. I am pretty sure the owner worked very hard to build his/ her business and would like to keep it in good standing.Note: this is not the first time I have had a poor customer service encounter with her. About a month or so ago I waited patiently outside in the cold for her to walk over and take my order. I waited for about 10 min. The whole time she keeps looking at me and ignoring me. She finally walks over and opens the window and says “that she will not serve me because the drive thru is full and she is the only one taking orders.” Smdh I definitely need to talk to the owner. I can guarantee I am not the only person that she treats poorly.

Anything less than 5 stars is BS. If you have a problem with how your order was executed just say something. The food is fantastic. Sometimes orders get messed up. Restaurants like Rios make hundreds of orders every day. Every once in a while a mistake may be made. They made a mistake once with me and were happy to fix it when I brought it to their attention.
Consistently charge for the guacamole ordered but fail to put it in the bag. Non- working phone number posted on Google and FB so no option to call.

The Michigan City Rios did not give me the guacamole that I ordered and was charged for. I tried to call them back their phone number doesn't work, their website doesn't work, the Facebook list the inactive phone number as well. How are they supposed to resolve a problem if you can't even get a hold of them (without having to drive all the way back of course)
