Stopped at this Love’s specifically for Taco John’s. Stood at the counter for 20 minutes without an acknowledgement. Cashier finally said I’ll be with you in a minute. She continued to make drive thru orders and we waited another 12 minutes before leaving. 3 families ahead of us gave up long before we did with the service. Either this location needs more employees or at the very least more efficient employees. This is absolutely ridiculous!! So disappointed!

Its been 7 yrs since 'm stopping at love but tonight's experience was worse. Let me be specific about my feedback.African American lady served me around 8pm; she purposely write my name wrong as "dog". I feel so embarrassed when she called "order for dog"once my order was ready. I would like to give a chance to restaurant to make it right.

First time there and they were out of taco salads, out of pop I wanted, had to wait for what should have been a quick in and out. What I ordered was horrible, I think they used the wrong sauce.Second time there, thought I would give them another chance. Sat at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes and nothing! Went to the window and saw nobody! That's to bad cuz I used to love taco johns.

I tried this place last night because the regular side was out of food agaaaain! Its one of few places open after getting off a 3 to 11 , in the entire AREA OF "NW West VIRSSIPPI ( INDIANA)" !!! The food was either just way too bland or it tasted like salty soap. Anyway, if you take the dice roll on this place, have an alternate in mind as you trek into the more civilized areas of Michigan because this place is expensive as well......good luck

Sick of them messing up order. 3 times now. This last time was, I order steak street tacos and paid for steak. Then got home to realize they gave me chicken.... SMH. This whole establishment is terrible.

Grease and just cheese and meat. Wish i had time to take pictures. Taco sloppy and grease busting through the wrapper lol. Knowing damn well this not how they make the food when they gonna eat it themselves lol.
Terrible terrible service people are slow and don't seem to care much they make your food sloppy and cold . Waited 30 minutes for a simple order. Guess you gotta get lucky I see this place going downhill . Really like the place but the service is terrible. Good

I do not like that there is an app to use for Taco John's and at the Michigan City IN site they do not use it...no extra freebies, no discounts, nothing associated with the app...not even the QR cod on the receipt which is how I found out they aren't using the app.
