I absolutely LOVE this food truck & catering service! The BBQ is always cooked to perfection, the sauce is DELICIOUS & the Mac & Cheese is addicting!! Best BBQ I’ve ever had! Wilson’s Slam Dunk definitely was a SLAM DUNK DELICIOUS Christmas night meal. Rib tips, chicken, pulled pork and macaroni and cheese OUTSTANDING! Recommend for all your catering needs!

We choose this place for catering on my fathers birthday. Everything was prepared and cooked exactly as described. The food was delivered right on time to our home. The people were very friendly with a smile and good attitude. The portions were extremely large and there was plenty of food to feed all 24 of us.
