“We went for lunch and it was amazing. If I could give more than 5 stars for service I would.I had the apple burger and it was very tasty. I had a side salad with the oriental dressing and enjoyed it also.Even though the day was gloomy, sitting in the garage area with all the windows was pleasant. The area is heated so it was very comfortable.I had a whiskey and cola, the pour was nice.“

They can sit all sorts of group/party sizes too which is convenient (8 bar seats, three 4 seater booths two 2 seater window seats, a 6 seater high top table and a large back community table multiple groups or one large group can be sat at!)The bartenders are great and very kind can help you find a drink right for you too! “We had our wedding rehearsal dinner here last night. We could not have asked for a better experience. The staff was incredibly helpful during planning the event, the bartenders Jordan and Sinclair were the absolute nicest people we could have gotten. The drinks were great, the food was amazing, and the building was beautiful. Absolutely would recommend them for any event or a night out!“

“This little place has the MOST amazing staff!! They know the menu, provide fantastic service and are so welcoming! We went tonight, Taco Thursday, yum!! Our waitress, Connie, is always so amazing and makes us feel like we are family! Everything was decorated for Halloween and it was so cute! We are a middle aged couple (I guess?), with a 12 year old and this is and has been one of our favorites!! We have noticed that since COVID, most restaurants are lacking in service, but Connie keeps us coming back❤️. We have plenty of options, as we are situated in Elkhart (Mishawaka, Elkhart, Goshen, Middlebury, Edwardsburg are always options) but are happy to drive to Zimmy’s! So…no, not just a bar for locals, we have always been very warmly welcomed and have had great service and food! Connie 1 makes us feel like we are visiting family and we love her!Kid-friendliness: We have been bringing our daughter since she was eight and she has made BFFs with the waitress! Great food choices and Connie always makes suggestions that might me suited for our daughter!“

“Our first time trying out a new place tonight and it did NOT disappoint! We reserved the Ski Chalet Igloo and it was perfect! (Says it can seat 6, we had 4 and felt comfortable. Anymore may be a squeeze). The food was delicious! For starters we had the Mushroom, perfectly salty, savory and absolutely delicious. We ordered the Ruben and the Seoul Chicken sandwich, both were made to perfection, not a thing I would change! We were very satisfied with everything and will absolutely be back!“

“The best dive bar in 1000 miles! This place isn’t trying to be anything that it’s not. Everyone is always friendly the drinks are always strong, you can’t beat this place!!!!! They don’t serve dinner food per say, but they do have snacks if the drinks are a little too strong. Pool, shuffle board, touch tunes and dart boards, you can’t go wrong! The bartenders will make you feel at home, and you will want to come back again and again!“

“They don't serve food. Only chips but it's BYOF (bring your own food) and not very many places do that these days! Drink prices are overall fair and the bartenders take good care of their guests!Parking: There's a whole lot behind elephant bar that guests can park in all you have to do is walk down the side ally to get to the main entrance or there's street parking in front and across the street from the bar around 10 to 20 spots near by and many more down the road“

“Delicious! Wings never disappoint and customer service tonight was awesome! We liked that the wings were juicy and crisp and the flavors were really good! The mushroom burger was delicious as well! It didn’t look like it had much, but the flavors and seasoning were spot on and mouthwatering. We also loved the juicy and battered mushrooms. Definitely would recommend to try them.Parking: Parking lot is quite small, and depending what time you come, it might be really hard to find parking, but if you drive around a little you usually can find one.Wheelchair accessibility: They do have double sets of doors to get in through, but they have a ramp and tables that would work for wheelchairs.“
