Went there at 11:30 pm. They stated they closed at 2 am and stayed at the screen for 20 mins, and nobody answered drove around. There were 3 people just standing there doing nothing 2/19/24

mozzarella sticks hard and cold, the melt I ordered the mushroom swiss melt nothing was melted, waited over 20 minutes for 16 chicken nuggets, bacon melt also not right, cheese tots were hard, female working was not very helpful in fact didn't even realize we hadn't even gotten our food just stared at her screen. All in all a very bad experience however manager which was a male was apologetic but I believe that he could be leading his crew much more efficiently.
Went here for breakfast got our food pretty fast was waiting on our iced coffee female manager is standing there on her phone and we say excuse me we had some iced coffees with our meal and she says okay tell her and points to another person working there. Rude, poor management..

Today at 12:20pm, I pulled up to the closest drive thru station. While I waited for a communication to begin with someone inside, 3 other customers were given service in the outside lane drive thru. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. I was pissed, and took my $20 order to purchase at a competitors restaurant. I have visited this location for the past 20+ years. It has always been a sore spot service-wise. But maybe no more.

Our Uber guy was amazing very attentive and friendly. This Burger King is always having issues with the takeout orders tho, we ordered 3 meals and we only got send the sandwiches. This Burger King needs new workers and management

Burger King on McKinley is getting worse. Twice in one week, they had drive-thur packed with cars waiting to order and people waited for over 15 minutes till I had to yell into the speaker for someone to tell me that their machines was down. They could of said something earlier, but no. This Burger King is having alot of issues there. Either better training or something.
