Extremely rude. i had a doordash order to pick up when i got there to pick up the order the door was locked, i knocked on the door and explained that i have a doordash order to pick up. the order i was picking up was sitting not even 5 feet away from the door sitting there they refused to give me the order even after i politely explained the situation. i was supposed to pick it up at 10:23 i was there at 10:15 waiting on them to let me in. i never once acted rude nor gave them an attitude they continued to bang on the class at me and say "if you don't leave we're calling the cops" i had to then walk away and call the customer to explain the situation who was luckily extremely understanding. had to then sit on the phone with doordash customer service all because chilies wouldn't give me my order. to summarize horrible customer service, extremely aggressive and just plain rude. if they have no problem treating an 18 year old like that imagine how they could treat other people... chilies you need to speak to your employees immediately this is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional i will never be returning.

Service was the best part she was funny and took care of us, but as soon as I got through half my burger I ended up in the bathroom puking everything I consumed. As a first time customer to chilis I don’t think I’ll be back.

my husband, two kids and i came around 4:00 and was told there was only 1 waitress working and it would be a little wait because they said “everyone came at once” (like it’s not almost dinner time) anyways that was no issue there wasn’t much of a wait. but the vibes were just not it, we felt forgotten and for the cost of the food for the quality of it wasn’t worth it. the store seemed dirty, our table was tacky feeling, we only seen our waitress 2x. to bring is food and then give us a check. didn’t offer refills or anything, didn’t ask us for desert. the manager (i’m assuming) seemed very annoyed people were dining in.

It was very slow to the point that it felt abandoned. The food was good however every other location I have been to has always started you off with chips and salsa and this location I had to ask if it was even still served then the bartender acted like I was dumb for asking. I will drive to the next nearest location when in the area and craving Chili's.Parking: There is plenty of parking due to the lack of patrons visiting this establishment.

Dined in at the bar section, service staff was pretty attentive, but food was mediocre and cost more then it should, chose steak and chicken fajitas, the steak was chewy and after one piece decided to only eat the chicken portion. The fajita veggies were 85% onions, with only 2 pieces of red peppers and a few green peppers. Hadn’t been to chilis in about a year, and overall was not how I remembered it, spent $45 on one meal and 2 drinks.

If it was possible to leave a zero I would. Ordered dinner through this facility and I’m generally convinced they have brain dead monkey in the kitchen. Ordered a mushroom and Swiss burger and when my food got here all I had was an over cooked burger patty with a slice of Swiss cheese barely melted to it. This place actual garbage. Called the store and they just hit me with a oh no I’m so sorry about that.

We had the worst experience tonight. Our server took at least 15 mins to even acknowledge us. Then it took forever to get our drinks. Our appetizers also took forever, and then when she brought it out, it was wrong. I ordered the tenders and it comes with Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese was cold and looked like it had been sitting all day. I asked for a new one, and the server told me “oh it’s all going to be like that.” I have ordered the same thing many times and it has never once looked like this. She brought me the same Mac and cheese, only microwaved because the cup was hot but the food was still cold. We sat with empty cups for most of our time here, and were ignored the rest of the time. The absolute worst experience. Would give 0 stars if I could.
