ZERO stars! I asked for chips and queso. Then a lady told me there wasn't any. When I had JUST watched her prepare some chips in a bag! As she told me no there was someone else putting chips in bags! Saw the previous review they must just be stingy with their chips. RIDICULOUS

Meat portion is laughable, and the joke is on us CUSTOMERS. Apparently in this review section, the majority feels the same way. This establishment is making a lot of money off selling rice burritos. Seems they’re just as cheap as heating the facility in the winter time. What a big joke. Who is managing this place?

I have never had a problem coming here since they opened. I just ordered food (two burritos) and it is all tortilla. Paid $40 for two tortillas and a side of stuff. Never had a issue until now. I do not pay $40 to eat a tortilla and some sour cream with no meat or veggies.

Very clean inside. Food tastes amazing. Othe rchipotle’s meats can taste overcooked sometimes but here everything was so good! I walked in and got quick service, cery very friendly staf. I was a little worried because of the reviews but my experience was 10/10

I share a wild love for Chipotle. I eat here several times a month. I order the same exactly thing each time. I was excited for this new location being closer to home. But after eating here 3 times. I’ll drive to my usual spot where my bowl is actually full and the large chips have more than 16 in the bag.

Do not order from this store online, they missed items that i payed for in my burrito, the top part of the burrito was filled with meat and the bottom was the rest of the toppings. Not to mention the burrito itself was HALF the size as it is at any other chipotle. My girlfriend was missing a couple toppings in her burrito bowl including queso which costs extra and her meal was also about half the size as it is from other stores. This is the second online order in the span of a few weeks that we’ve got skimped on our meal. Very frustrating.

I don't know how it's possible to have both burnt and stale/gummy chips but this place did it. Considering we got there when it opened for the day I'm guessing the chips were made the day before because of how stale they were. Sucks because I've been sick for 2 days and this is the first real food I've had since.

The girl at the pick up window helped me super fast and she was so sweet! I was there less than 60 seconds. Food was good but got some stale/funny looking chips in our bags. This chip looks like it was burnt or found on the floor. Idk.

I might sound biased but I do work at this chipotle. When working, I've had some very RUDE customer come in but still kept a smile on my face. I will admit at time the place can be dirty, but when that happens, it because we're swamped, tight on workers, and just can't get to it. I'm normally the ONLY one who cleans the lobby and that's one person against an entire store full of people so please be considerate. I do the best I can at keeping everything clean and everything stocked and people still complain. Same with the food. We make sure our portions are prope because when customer complain and we have to give more, we run out quicker like the Main St one an than people get mad. So for this a well, be considerate please. And yes, we do run out of food, we can't help that and we try to make the food as fast as possible.I promise you we try to make it to your satisfaction.
