The food is very expensive. We bought a family pack that came with a pizza, a small order of wings ( about 8 very small wings) and two kids sods for $47.00. Two 1 hour game card at for $38.00. The kids earned tickets to buy things. After an hour one kid got enough tickets for a small plastic airplane. So we spent close to $100 for 1 1/2 hours of fun.

Rudest staff I’ve ever dealt with. The self serve machine took my 2 $50 bills and stated they didn’t give change. So it printed a receipt to take to the cashier to get my money back. The cashier tells me her manager isn’t there and there’s nothing she can do about it. After arguing back and forth the manager finally comes (apparently from the bathroom) and after threatening to call the police they finally give me my money back. If I could give zero stars I would. We were also there for over an hour before they stamped our hands.

Parking: There is plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: It is a place for children, they are almost pure machines to play with. They also have a part of the place to celebrate children's birthdays. And sells food.

Pleasantly Surprised. Came on a Wednesday when it was 30% off unlimited game card. Had the place pretty much to our selves. Games were good, food was good and everything was clean. Staff were super nice. Haven’t been in 10 years at least but will be back again.

NATURALLY DAY’S EYE

During the winter break took my lil guy for some fun after watching a commercial advertising more games. The staff was friendly however, not kid friendly. My lil guy enjoyed the unlimited play $23 for 45 mins. We ate pizza and fries and drank soda. Total cost was $60. I would definitely go again.

I visited Chuck E. Cheese a couple of days ago to take my 7-year-old daughter to a friend's birthday party. I hadn't been there for several years prior to this. The place has been totally renovated since I was there last & is quite a bit nicer than I expected. It was well-lit & clean & all the games & stuff looked good. It didn't seem overly loud, although it wasn't overly crowded. I remember it being quite the auditory assault in the past. The kids get cards that they swipe on the games instead of the old tokens & tickets. As long as it works right (which it seemed to), this seems way easier. The animatronic stuff was all gone & there were video screens, with music, & a person dressed as Chuck E. who came out and danced with the kids instead.I didn't try any food, so I can't really speak to that or the service. It's worth noting that they do apparently offer gluten-free items. appeared that all of the kids there were having a really nice time. I would definitely go back based on this experience.Dietary restrictions: They offered gluten-free items.

For the love of god stay away from this dump. Management sucks! His attitude was horrible and the way he talks to people is beyond me. I will never attend this place EVER AGAIN! Oh and we were the only people in the entire place and he still acted plain rude!

I don't know, I'm not a huge fan of this place but my daughter has cancer and she had just turned four so I took her for the first time after she was out of chemo and she absolutely loved it. As you can see from my videos she had a blast. I'm still kind of indifferent but she liked it,

They had 1 person and 2 registers. Don't know if they had limited staff or what but had to stand in a longer line then needed. I thought the pizza was better than I thought it'd beKid-friendliness: Wish they'd only allow so many people in got a bit crowded and had to keep waiting for video games to open upWheelchair accessibility: They have a wheel ramp to front door
