I put in a large take out order for the Lexus store. Everything was great, except they forgot one sandwich. When I called back I told them they forgot a sandwich. They not only acknowledged the mistake but drove the sandwich to the Lexus store. Amazing customer service!
I come here once a week for 2 coney dogs with slaw, and an order of FF. I also put hot sauce on my hotdog's. As a boy my family visited my grandparents in Alabama, Florence to be exact. There was a place similar to Coney Island and had a slaw that was a perfect blend of spice that had a little heat to it. This slaw topped with Red hot sauce brought back some of that taste and it is imperative that I go back as much as possible. Also the soups are very good, service is the best...read full review
