The staff is absolutely ridiculously rude! Made my ice-cream wrong so I asked if it could be made again. I got eyes being rolled and a bunch of nasty attitude. Missing a chicken basket and my husband comes back out with a fry box with chicken strips only because "she saw her brother make the basket" usually I don't freak out if something is wrong but 60 bucks at DQ we should get what we paid for. This reminded me that we should always go to culvers.. never again. Hope this location closes down real soon.

They need to figure out how a drive through should work. Sat at the speaker waiting for one car to order then go and get their food. By the time I was able to order (ten minutes later) they asked me to pull over and wait until I got my food. Sat waiting for a chicken finger basket for over ten minutes. Not to mention the fifteen minutes I spent waiting in line. Terrible service.

Waited 4 mins to not get my drink, had to go in and they gave me coke for my ordered diet coke. When I returned to work the food wasn't even what I ordered. No fries but there was over cooked cheese curds, all the cheese was in the bottom of the container. The burger was to be a bacon ranch triple and this had onion rings and BBQ . There was only one car in front of me at 12:10pm

I was in dairy Queen at 5:20pm. I ordered two 6 pc chicken strip baskets and some cheese curds. It took 46 mins to get all of that. This is the second time that this has happened since the new owners. I'm not impressed with food or service. I'm sorry free sundae's next visit isn't good enough. A great dairy queen that I've gone to for years has just went down hill.

We went threw drive threw had to wait, order. My daughter order a blizzard and they didn't do the test of turning the blizzard upside down should have got it free but didn't, the person looked like she didn't want to be working that day.

Goddddddddddd I can't wait until Culver's opens up on McKinley. I pray every night before bed that they put the Dairy Queen on LWE out of business. Have been going to DQ on LWE out of necessity during Dairi Fair's off season since we moved here 6 years ago. The ice cream is consistently soupy and the service usually sucks more than anything that has ever sucked before. My wife ordered a New York Royale cheesecake blizzard and there was one piece of cheesecake, one piece of strawberry, and NO strawberry filling. Please refer to the picture. If the rocket scientists that work at the DQ on LWE are representative of the quality of human being that will someday be responsible for our existence........ God help us all
