I ordered bacon avocado toast on the mobile app. It didn’t have bacon which is fine whatever but I bit into it, it was so hard and burnt and covered in the avocado to hide it. And at the drive thru window I watched one of the employees just toss a bag of someone’s food order on the counter. They didn’t set it down nicely. Dunkins are always so ridiculous, lack of inconsistency, and lack of customer service. Please do better.

The food is good. However it’s sad that the owners will purposely over charge their customers. Twice I have bought the 50 pack of minis and instead of charging me the $13.49 like they cost, they ring me up for two 25 packs at $7.99 a piece. I know it’s only a few dollars difference but It's tough as it is, and I will not be supporting this location anymore unfortunately because the workers are very friendly.

Felt bad leaving a 1 star review until I saw everyone else having a terrible experience. I am very understanding, and could vouch if they were short staffed on the terrible experience but they were not! 10 cars behind me, but I wound up being last to leave. I ordered my food, pulled up to pay & then they had me pull forward to wait for my food, noticed the iced coffee had a terrible leak, got all over my car. Lost half of what I paid. They bring my food out only to forget my 2 donuts. Go inside to be ignored, food got cold waiting in the car. Finally got someone only to receive these disgusting stale donuts. Customer service is a joke here, go to grape road.

They don’t know how to use gift cards. Had $18 on a gift card but 2 employees told me it’s invalid and doesn’t work. When I had just used it last week at the same location. I even checked after leaving and still have $18 on my card. So I paid out of pocket for 2 burnt lattes. Guess I should know better now.

Waited in the drive thru for about 40 minutes. It looked like they had one little old lady running the entire store, and she was clearly struggling. I’ll never go back.

Just go to the Grape road location.Honestly we were excited to get a Dunkin so close to our house but after every visit has not been a good one, we decided to just continue going to the grape road location. We got tired of all the donuts we order “not being available” or ordering the same drinks as my husband, yet we both end up with different ones. We decided to give this location another chance, except the same things happened again. We both ordered the same cold foam, yet they were both different. The customer service is lacking. Don’t get mad with customers coming back and telling you that you messed up their order. If you don’t want us coming back, do it correctly. At least one visit would be nice. Explains why it’s dead everyday. So we will not be back. Sucks because it’s 3 minutes away from our house.

Wow, where to beginThis location opened along my commute and I was a 3X a week customer for the last year! Each visit within the last 8 months progressively worsened. The fullness of my coffee decreased Significantly, the taste lessened, and after a 4 month hiatus to support the Starbucks just down the street, I returned today to find a store that didn’t even look open. The order taker was almost impossible to understand, and the product (Large cappuccino) received was only 1/2 full, nearly all foam, and an unusual odor and flavor was present. Best described as the smell of sanitizing liquid / soap used to clean the machines (Worked in food service before). This visit has me asking “Where is the franchise owner??”. Someone needs to take responsibility for this location as it’s very obvious that the level of quality here is far from even mediocre, and frankly i believe proper production procedures are being blatantly ignored due to ignorance and lack of accountability by the staff.Franchise owner, Shut it down until you have the right staff in place before DUNKIN comes in and does it for you.

Went into this Dunkin’ Donuts on Lincolnway East in Mishawaka ask the kid behind the counter who spoke very little English if the longjohns were cream filled told me yes got home no they’re not you’re going to sell a product you better know what you’re selling And then to contact the store there’s no phone number first time there and the last time there good luck Dunkin’ Donuts cause you’re gonna need it
