I’m not rating the food as I don’t eat here but I do pick up here as a delivery driver and every time it’s a 20 minute wait and tbh that’s pretty unacceptable for a fast food chain. Was here yesterday and was told a twenty minute wait, arriving today and am told the same news. I don’t think I’m willing to accept anymore orders from this store. So yes for waiting 20 minutes two days in a row I’ll give the service a 1 star and the atmosphere of 1 star as no one really seems to care about satisfying customers.

I would rate almost and KFC a 3, simply for being a KFC and being two starts inferior to a Lees Famous recipe in taste. This particular KFC then looses an additional star, for the food they serve often being a bit sub-par, compared to most other KFC's.

Chicken was dry before I even ordered at 7:10 pm I was told they closed at 8 pm So no thighs Cole slaw was so dry the the lights outside were all off so I checked the hours terrible visit and food I remember how good KFC Was this was definitely not

My bowl was premade. I got it the gravy was already dried and crusted to the lid and bowl chicken was hard. I used to love coming here it’s so convenient but nope not any more.

horrible place came threw to be the first customer of the day instead of just telling me over the mic their open in 3 minutes a crazy lady opened the back door and yelled at me like i knew her crazy self no good. js.
Really they deserve no stars,ordered food in drive thru, got to work, missing my mashed potatoesthey didn't give me a receipt,went back the next day the fat hog at the window got rude said she wasn't giving me my potatoes because I didn't have a receipt,I called the day off 6 times nobody would answer the phone,showed them I called and she still said we answer our phones no they don't,I will never go back to that place, hope they shut it down,call corporate on them ,need to have better customer service skills

Well for $24 our 2 meals was delivered ice cold the only fresh thing was the fries! Wasn't asked what was our side options was just given fries with the ice cold chicken sandwich that had mayo that was set on the heel and the crown i mean pounds of mayo and me personally don't like mayo the woman at the window was the order taker and made it seem as if it was someone else taking orders! When I pulled up to the pay and get my order of course she was taking orders from other guests ? it's always a problem when I come to this location but today made it my last time

I posted a picture of what my large mashed potatoes looked like, I always thought that the bowl was to be full so I could feed my family of 3, I guess I need to order extra large mashed potatoes next time. If there will even be more, the container for Mac and cheese was completely full though hmmmmm
