I went to KPot for the first time on Saturday and will never go back. The food wasn't good, the staff was extremely unorganized and our server seemed like he wanted nothing to do with us. I kept having to ask other staff to help us since our server only came to our table twice in the entire 1.5 hours we were there and one of those times was to tell us how long we had been there and when I asked if we would be charged for another hour our server told us we would not be charged, "they just want us to kick people out of here when they've been here for too long." Super over priced for such bad quality of food and horrible service. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. if someone was to tell me they were going there I would try my hardest to convince them not to.

We have been waiting since last year, and finally they opened last month. We did not wait too long to be seated (~15') and have 2hrs eating. We had the BBQ AYCE menu and really enjoyed the food, pork belly and sliced beef were really good, seafood was ok. They have a bar of sauces, cabbage kimchi, radish kimchi...so yummy. We will be back next time for hot pot ?! Definitely.

Went for the first time today and it was an amazing experience! Our waiter was super helpful and very attentive. He made sure to explain everything thoroughly and even gave us a recommendation for our hot pot. Prices are a bit high, but worth it for 2 hours of unlimited everything. Will definitely be back!

Girl let me tell youuuu! This place truly hit the spot. I recommend getting the tofu seafood broth with shrimp, enoki mushrooms with pho noodles. Trust me it’s the bomb dot comKid-friendliness: It’s a good place to bring your whole family.

The variety of options offered is great, from the sauces to the meats and fruits. Livi was so attentive! Alex also helped keep our table cleared and ready for the next round. They were so responsive to our requests and I had such a delicious meal. The lunch menu is slightly smaller than the one offered for dinner but absolutely great for the price. We did have some issues with the ordering tablet but it was resolved pretty quickly. I would definitely come back again.
