I made an online order at 5:31 p.m. I get confirmation through out the trip that Amber B. Was replacing items. At 8:47 p.m. Amber B has checked out my groceries never arrived. Kroger can only give me a $75 inconvenience deal. Even though I spent over $275 on food. Now I have an event tomorrow with no food and no money to cover the funds they took out to support my family. 3-5 business days that will start Monday because only big owners work Monday -Fridays! I can't afford to be out of the money I use to pay for my job to lose a job I spent money on to host to buy food for my family! Thanks Kroger thank you for the $75 credit for a meat and cheese tray

I like the hillbilly\ rural funky vibe of this place. Think its much better tge the town and country location which is straight poverty. The staff here is polite, they have special areas for discontinued items, and in general are a decent store.

They told me that I can’t have my change and that the bank won’t give them change well I own a business and I get change all the time. Also the person working the desk told me to use self check if I wanted my change and if I didn’t like it I could go shop somewhere else and the place is ALWAYS!!!! DIRTY!!!! The deli is gross!! I won’t ever shop at a Kroger again I’ll stick with Martins bye

I was just there, I needed water and a handful of other things. I recently had my gall bladder out, so I'm not supposed to lift anything over 20 lbs. I was able to slide the water into my cart, but I knew wasn't going to be able to get it in my car. I asked the gentleman who was running the self checkout if there was anyone who could help me, and Jordan was happy to assist. (I had people at home to get it out). Thank you so much for your assistance. I love this store, I can't thank you enough.

I go to the Merrifield Kroger in Mishawaka Indiana several times a week. There is a lady that works there whose name is Sue. She has long dark hair, glasses and has been working there for some time. This woman is the rudest employee I think you guys have ever had! Every single time I'm unfortuanate enough to get her as my cashier, she's so rude that it's almost on the verge of foul! Today I was in Kroger with my elderly father and I asked Sue to please scan our waters. Sue go

Saw the most disgusting and disturbing thing today! A whole chart full of meat all the meat was warm and the packages even expanding!! If people bought that they would for sure get extremely ill!! I hope no one did! But to see it out like that and half their meat is brown or looks old! I would never buy meat from there and even their fruits and veggies look sketchy!! Beware and be careful y'all!!
