Ordered: 12:11 pmWatched app and it was like they canceled order or something because it didn't say what was going on.Called store: 12:55(about 10 min after quoted time) to make sure it wasn't cancelled. Was told no and it was going to come.1:28 received pizza. Cold.Looked on receipt on pizza and it says order taker left at 12:28 pm. So my pizza sat in the car for an hour?!?!?!?!?!??!!? Insane. I would've been ok with half hour over that's fine but this was ridiculous. We are regular orders to this location. Never ever again. Even like a courtesy call or text or something would've been nice.

Check your order before you pay or leave the store. This place will straight jack up your food or completely leave whole pizzas off of your order and refuse to give your money back. Excuse me?? You acknowkedge you didn't give me the food but you think I should wait another half hour for you to make it and then I get drive to fefch it again? Or take a coupon for the amount I paid? Out of your freakin mind. Never again. Halls pizza right down the road. Better pizza and actual customer service.

I don't know what is going on with this location but almost everytime I order there is something wrong, whether it is missing sauces that I paid for. Not getting the right size order, having to pick up my delivery order 20 mins after I'm supposed to have it and they finally call(which has happened numerous times) or tonight I ordered at 5:54 was told it'd be here by 6:24. I called at 6:50 after my order said it was delivered and it clearly wasn't. They marked it as delivered for some reason. Called and the guy said he was pulling up which he was no where in site as I was outside. I finally recieved my pizza an hour later. No apologies for being behind and my food was cold on top of it. You guys need to get it together and figure out how to run this business because you definitely lack quality food and hospitality. I don't know if I'll order again from this location as I've experienced several problems at this specific location and it is not worth the hassle as I order almost weekly but at this point I am done.

The service was great. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. But as this was my first experience at Marcos since moving to the Mishawaka area, I'm not pleased with what we received. We spent $35.00 and got 1 PC of sausage per slice of pizza, so basically we got a veggie pizza which probably would have been great if thats what we ordered. I've had better pizza from Little Ceasars or Family Express (gas station) which is not ok.

Drove over 45 minutes to try Marcos Pizza, was definitely worth the trip. Only complaint is they need to use better mushrooms, I think their mushrooms come from a can, I’d prefer real dried mushrooms, we had wings and breadsticks as well, chicken was very goodand broiler baked, not fried, and the breadsticks buttery and sprinkled with parmesan. Overall a really good pizza. They have an App to save you some money, on the App they have special prices for pizza and sides, often putting the two together and getting a greater deal then not having the App. No dine in, only carry out and delivery.
