I don't know who the idiot was that changed the operations but he should be fired. No napkins available, only 1 person assigned to assist dine in customers. Took 20+ mins to get a couple value meals. More concerned with the drive through customers. They all need to watch the videos again on how to prepare food. Terrible location. Will not be visiting again.

This place is typically the worst one in the area but I was really hungry for nuggets so I decided to try them again. And they didn't disappoint. I ordered 2 20 PC nuggets and only got 2 10pc. The fries were cold and taste barely cooked. Yes, the order was repeated at the drive thru and all was correct on the screen. But yet they still cannot get an order correct. Drive thru was empty too. I shouldn't have to check everything before I leave. I never have to at other places. I think I will just drive the distance to another McDonald's.

Quick, cheap and soulless. As soon as McD can work out how to eliminate the humans in the kitchen, the transformation to robo restaurant will be complete. So far only the entry to the building, ordering, eating and leaving are performed without any human contact or speech.

They panic when they get busy, they bring out wrong orders to cars, the manager is petty when people ask them to take responsibility for the bad service and makes them wait longer. The other workers have bad attitudes towards people waiting too. Not just my experience I saw the way they treated other waiting vehicles.

Terrible service. Took 20 minutes to get an order of 2 mc chickens.I just came here again. Went into the lobby. Ordered a McDouble, a small fry and a hot chocolate. It took them at least 15mins. My fries were cold by the time I got my hot chocolate. Now I want a refund for the fries I didn’t end up eating because they were cold. The service here is way too slow.
