The customer service here is awesome. I stopped at the drive thru to pick up some dinner on my way home from work today, and part of my order was a large order of veggie spring rolls. They told me that they didn’t have enough to fill a large order right now, and that they’re making more but it'll be about a 10-15 minute wait. I told them that I didn’t mind waiting, and I’ll just pay at the window and come around to wait inside so I didn’t hold up the drive thru. When I got inside, everyone was super nice and made sure I was taken care of. They offered me a drink while waited, and even gave me a a duplicate of my plate for free due to the inconvenience. I 100% did not expect this since I wasn’t even waiting long, but I was pleasantly surprised. I ended up waiting less than 10 minutes for the spring rolls.I worked in fast food for a brief time, and I know it’s a grueling and mostly thankless job, so I want to give credit where credit is due.

We had a family member in a hospital in Mishawaka a couple of weeks ago and we had Panda Express a few times. They did not disappoint us. It was always fresh and delicious!!

Stay clear of this location.Lovely staff but horrible execution. horrible. The online ordering has been a mistake. I love it for the convenience but they just never get it right AND I have to wait even when I place it 30min ahead and even take my time getting there. Today I was 5 min late, I had already been told they were waiting on something and they would get to my order next. A whole family plus 3 other people who walked in after got served in about 10 minutes. They forgot I was there and were still serving others and i couldn't get their attention. So then I went through the drive thru which took another 5 minutes. I told them I'm there to pick up my order. They told me again it's not ready and if I could wait a couple of minutes inside to which I responded that I had already been inside. I finally get my food 40 minutes after I placed the order. I might as well have gone thru the drive thru. and then to top it off the two plates are half full. At that point, give me my money back so i can go elsewhere.not coming back ever again.

When we walked inside there were already 2 people waiting in line to be served. They were being ignored, as the staff was only focusing on the drive thru and mobile orders. It was an hour and a half prior to closing and they were only offering 1/4 of the items from the full menu, staff members were near the drive thru seemingly on break, distracting others. During our 30 minute wait, we witnessed one of the cooks answer the store phone with "YO! I'll be right out", then he promptly left the restaurant and went to the parking lot. A few minutes later he came inside and walked directly back to the stove where he was cooking. My husband had to walk up to the counter and ask that he wash his hands. Then he argued with the staff member who asked him to wash his hands and started looking into the crowd of waiting people to see who told on him. Hand washing is the bare minimum of food safety and I don't understand why there is a box of gloves on the counter if no one is using them. I'm writing this on the way home with my food, and I have lost my appetite and I don't feel safe eating this food.
