Stopped in the other day for their Customer Appreciation Day. It was a great deal, $6.99 for a Large Pizza.!! The pizza turned out great, it was so yummy!! Excellent service too, plus they were nice and friendly. Wait time was very short.

Ordered bbq chicken pizza bc i dont like sausage. The pizza somehow managed to have sausage on it. Was horrible. The app said it was ready and went to pick it up only to find out it was wrong and had to wait another 10minutes.

I have never been to the store but your delivery is bad I order a pizza on line an I called in because I wanted it delivered at 6 pm an at 7 pm still no pizza I called the manager I talked to said she would make sure that the 28.73 that was my order would not be charge to my bank card but it was an then she charged12.85 for the other pizza that I got that was raw dough an made my husband sick so my husband said it maybe a long time before we get another pizza from you guys unless you get everything straight with my bank card

Called to order at 9:20pm, store hours say 10pm close. After 13 minutes on the phone, repeating my order MULTIPLE times he finally goes to finalize it. He then proceeds to say “oh they are closed”. Maybe if you didn’t take so long entering a special, and have me repeat it multiple times you would’ve been opened. Seems like you call a “local number” it’s routed to a call center because he wasn’t anywhere around here. Never using papa John’s again, don’t waste your time.

I really enjoy Papa John's pizza, but I ordered one tonight and only after I ordered did the website show me that my order wouldn't be ready for TWO HOURS.The only way to cancel an order is to call.I called and the hold message is an obnoxious pizza-bro yelling about his "pizza unboxing" and how they're hiring. I've been on hold for about 12 minutes now. Every now and again the hold message stops and the phone rings - giving me the false hope that someone is about to assist me.I only gave two stars because when you CAN get a pizza from them I think it's quite good. That's right, the pizza is worth one star. Decent SERVICE makes up all the rest.
Proving once again, not too greasy of a pizza is good enough to be one of the better pizzas and options from the fast food restaurants. If you don't want to pay through the nose for hometown grass-fed handmade ingredients, then this is pretty much your main option. I'll take it every time. Thanks! Sad dad diaries over and out.P.S. is there anyone else out there that thinks the breadsticks could just be their own meal? On a good day?

Placed an order and had to wait over 2.5hrs to get my cold pizza. Called the manager after 2hrs because my order was untraceable, it said Delivered when it was not. I understand the short staff situation but not the need to lie saying it was delivered. Your numbers might look better at your end but will definitely loss costumers. People pay full price for items, honesty and good quality is the least we should get. Soon you guys will not just be short staff, will also be with less costumers if you don’t pay attention to these things.

Pizza was cold, crust was hard, too much sauce. Every thing kept sliding off when you took a bite. I ordered pepperoni, mushrooms & onions. All the toppings were placed in a small circle near the center. Nothing but sauce & a little cheese from mid pizza to the crust. Worst pizza I've ever gotten from Papa Johns.
