I'm torn on this review. The food was good. I had a Polish buffet catered. And they had to deliver it up to Bridgman Michigan. The food actually tasted very good. But the noodles were just wrong. I'm not sure why they would've even served those. Also the price jumped on me after we agreed to a price and then I was told a month later that the price of food went up two dollars a plate. my only advice is to watch this company. You have to stay on top of them at every turn. We did have a miscommunication between us and them, I'm not sure how it happened I was very clear, but they did reimburse us for the problem. It didn't make up for the fact that my guests didn't have enough appetizers, but there's nothing I can do about it now. Cindy is very nice, she's been in this business a very long time. But you still have to stay very involved with her. I do appreciate her professionalism on giving us a refund on the problem. But as I said, I am not pleased that she jumped the price up two dollars a plate. Frankly, their price was the reason why I chose them as our caterer. I had another caterer that was two dollars more a plate could have been a little bit less trouble overall because they were closer to my venue. I wanted to give Cindy and Riverside Terrace a chance. All in all I'll give them a three stars.

We had our wedding here in July and I hate to leave a bad review, but the experience we had with Cindy was awful. It so sad because the food, drinks, and River Room were amazing. Cindy caused so much stress before and during our wedding. Here are just a few of the MANY issues:1. Constantly saying she would accommodate something we wanted and then changing it later on and telling us she "couldn't do that". She is VERY unorganized.2. Trying to overcharge us for items that were suppose to be included and then asking for money the night of the wedding after we signed and paid the final deposit!3. We scheduled multiple meetings with her and she wouldn't be there and didn't answer her phone! She also did this with my florist and cake designer the day of the wedding!!If you still want to book here, I would suggest writing everything down to document and do not let her take advantage of you!

Went there for a rocket football dinner. Place looked very nice but that was about it. Food was not good. The chicken was extremely dry and the rest was very bland. Also had a nacho bar and mini corndogs later in the evening. The nacho bar was on par with 7-11 and the corndogs were awful. Looked like dog treats. The cash bar service was slow and a regular pop was $2. I do not recommend this place at all, especially for what they charge.

Good experience overall, very good staff people working at the event. Would come again just because of the peopleOddities: large doberman pincher at the event barking inside, another event going on at the same time in the same building, lasagna seemed overcooked so did the chicken, the sausage was cooked too fast too hot resulting in in crispy outside skin, mashed potatoes were a bit watery. Maybe a little expensive overall but it was nice

Please think twice about renting the front room. Extremely hot with poor air conditioning, no Wi-Fi service and the food and drinks were of very poor quality. Felt so bad for my granddaughter.
