I went with my family this evening 3/21/2024. Being recently opened on a Thursday it was understandably crowded.Service was good, the staff is very friendly from the door greeter to the managers.The ribs were excellent and Sirloin was also very good.Overall an excellent addition to the area. We will go back

My family and I decided to dine here on one of the first days open. We were shocked at how quickly we got a table (hostess told us a 25 minute wait, and the lobby was packed, but it was under 5 mins). Our server, Lorenzo, took excellent care of us. He brought out our food promptly, and always had refills coming. He was also very informative and told us about the Landrys Club Promotion, and the wine special. He was polite, and professional, and treated us like VIPs. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious. Lorenzo recommended the queso with brisket as an appetizer, and it did not disappoint. Three of us got steaks, and they were cooked perfectly. My youngest got chicken tenders, and they tasted great. I was extremely impressed with Salt Grass Mishawaka, and we will absolutely be back for our next meal sooner than later!

Took the Mrs there for dinner. We were not disappointed in any way shape or form! The decor is great! The bar is up front with booth seating, a big dining area away from the bar and in front of the bar is the climate controlled patio where when the weather is warmer they'll open all the big windows for an open spaced patio per Ed, a very friendly (I'm going to guess and say he was one of the managers) told us! He spoke with us a few times while we was there!Our server Adrien was super nice and informative answering all but one question I asked her. She answered the last one by finding someone that knew the answer! That was awesome to us.. usually unanswered questions get forgotten! We had the grilled pineapple margarita to start with! Yes, there's actually half of a slice of grilled pineapple in it! Very tasty!! Definitely try one!A gentleman named Doug also engaged us in conversation as well. Everyone was super friendly!They bring you a nice sized loaf of bread and butter to start. The bread was fresh and very tasty!We each ordered steaks with a side of smoked Mac and Cheese. We also had salads. Both our steaks were so perfectly cooked, it took nothing for our knives to cut into. Perfectly seasoned and rested in the back the exact time so we had not one drop of blood on our plates. The smoked Mac and Cheese tasted like it just came out of the smoker, and they use what I feel is the perfect pasta (cavatappi) for Mac and Cheese personally another awesome treat to me!The salad was crisp and fresh. The right amount of dressing to let us taste all the flavors that came in it!Great country music plays in the background, not one person we saw that works there was standing doing nothing.Everyone was busy either bringing orders out, taking orders or having conversations with their guess. Which also was awesome because everyone's orders we saw coming out including our own was quick!We decided to take home half of our meals to enjoy later and we thought Adrien was so amazing we wanted her to have a quick turn around from us.Our dishes was picked up by another pretty awesome person named Reggie. He's from Texas and isn't used to our cold!!Oh also, you can join their rewards program for $25. You get a card you can use for future dinners. Each dollar you spend gets you one reward point On your birthday, they reload your card with $25! It's a no brainer win win!Overall, we had an awesome dining experience. The food was more than amazing with service to equal it!We have already decided we'll be going back many, many times!

The attention to detail, customer service, and of course the food here is amazing. Our group of 8 was accommodated on their grand opening night. Our waitress Melina was extremely kind and went above and beyond for us. Every staff interaction was amazing. Thanks for a great meal and a super experience.

Good experience for an opening night. I had the NY strip with Oscar topping. The steak was perfectly cooked medium rare, albeit dry and under seasoned. Cheesy fries were very good. Atmosphere and decor was very nice. Good experience being an opening night. Will return in the future.

We were so excited when we saw the Saltgrass building going up in Mishawaka. A couple years ago, we were in Texas and ate at two different Saltgrass restaurants there and it was amazing. Can't wait till they're open!

I’ll review before it opens I could care less who gets annoyed. I’ve been to this chain multiple times in TEXAS I CANT WAIT FOR IT TO OPEN! The absolute best I e ever had ! You shall see!

Ive been to salt grass dozens of times living in texas, so this review is a combo of that, plus alancing out the stupid 1 star review who said you shouldn't rate a place before they open...and then proceeds to do so. So my rating is based off of dozens of visits in TX and I've always said it's my favorite steak house ever. I've always wanted a PF Chang in our area but when I saw salt grass coming in, I was actually more ecstatic! Longhorn is good, Tx roadhouse in our area is merely so-so, have had better roadhouse elsewhere...but salt grass is AMAZING.So there. That's my 5 star review based on actual experience! Plus, neuters the 1 star review given and completely hypocritical for doing the very thing they complained about. The other 5 stars here are also based on actual reviews of salt grass. All of us will adjust our rating once they launch. But for now, this is easily a 4+ star and likely 4.5+ just like all others I've been to before.

This steakhouse in Mishawaka is not open yet. The expected date is sometime in March 2024. To rate and review a place before it opens is just salting thr ratings. No matter how good a place is somewhere else reviews should pertain to the establishment
