This subway is terrible. They are lucky they only got one star because I had to give a star for me to post this. I downloaded this app today JUST to make this review. We did a mobile order, order was supposed to be ready at 7. Walked in at 7:01-they just started the sandwiches after I said I had a mobile order. We order sandwiches with bacon on them all the time. $3.00 to add bacon by the way and it always gets warmed up before putting it on the sandwich. They say it's precooked but it's lightly cooked and lays cold all day. They made the sandwiches and I realized they didn't warm the bacon, I asked why they didn't warm the bacon and they said it was not specified on the order-- there is no place to put it on the app (according to them, you are supposed to put it in special remarks, even though we have never had to do that before) The lady was very rude and grabbed the bag from me and said you want the bacon warmed up?! And I said yes. She gave me a dirty look and with an attitude started taking the sandwiches out of the bag. I said you know what, if you are really gonna have an attitude about cooking the bacon don't even worry about it. She gave attitude again and said "oh now you don't want it cooked.. while rolling her eyes... I can do it..." I said Nah, it's not that serious. I grabbed the sandwiches, told her that her customer service was terrible and that we wouldn't be back. I then called to speak to the manager to at least let them know that the customer service was not up to par... and low and behold-- SHE IS THE MANAGER!! We exchanged words back and forth. Told her I didn't appreciate her getting pissed off at me about warming the bacon... I explained to her we come to this subway all the time and don't feel like she treated me like a customer during my visit and she said.. "I'm not gonna beg you to come back, we have other customers."While ending the conversation, I told her that there is a lot of hate in this world and she should try being nicer to people in the future. She said, "yeah, well, you should follow your own advice" and hung up the phone. This is not how I wanted to spend my Wednesday evening-- I will drive 500 miles to another subway and will not be going to that adjoining gas station for that matter, to be treated like dirt.
Food is well it's subway, the people working are sloppy and messy with your food. You are a sandwich artist now act like it and take pride in what you do , we are watching and your sloppiness is loosing customers left and

It's a Subway, food is the same as the others and is perfect for what it is. The only issue is that they don't honor the valuable promotions of coupons. They limit what coupons they take and even then limit the selection of subs you can apply on top of that. Haven't been to any Subway since that change.
