It's Subway... Why would you pay more money, for less food, that is lower in quality, then any of the other franchise sub shops in the general area?

I'm not sure if they switched owners or what, but this used to be the bestsubway in town. Stopped today and the service was meh, lady was talking on her earpiece while helping me which is very rude. They wouldn't honor my coupon for a steak sandwich which the coupon didn't exclude. The food just tasted off to me. Went out of my way to stop at this location to get a good sub but definitely won't be doing that again

We got two foot longs one had very little toppings the other the toppings were globbed in to excess even though that one was supposed to be light on the toppings.Walk in got my subs from the rack and the employee was sitting down at a table and she gave me attitude when I asked to make sure it was mine. Also I got a hard seed like thing in my sub as well so I will never return to that subway again but the gas station is alright

Don’t order on the app from her or any doordash Uber type service, they will 100% not give you want you want. If you want a good sub you gotta look them in the eyes while they make it. 1/10

Every single time I come in the sandwich makers are so incredibly rude. They act like you are asking them to cut their arm off by just asking for a sandwich. I won't be coming back because the subway on McKinley and bittersweet is so much better. Also, they for some reason can't make a good sandwich to save their life. It doesn't matter who the sandwich maker is they're all just unpleasant people. It's frustrating when I go out of my way to smile and try to go out of my way to be polite and I'm treated like dirt. So if you want to be treated like and annoyance and get sub par sandwiches that are great everywhere but here then come on down. The gas station part is great and the people who work there are great. I don't know how they're able to work in the same building as them. If it was possible to give negative stars I would. I absolutely HATE giving bad reviews but time after time I can't deal with it anymore.

They jacked up all the prices, upcharge your sandwich and ask for a tip. Hard pass. I regularly stop there for lunch. Will be going to 12th street or Town and Country from now on.

The employee that was working (no name tag but i think she was new) was sweeping and moping when i came in. When she went to make my sandwich she just rinsed her hands and dryed them. You need to train tour employees to properly wash their hands... i walked out...
