Tried the new churros along with my sandwich...It was not hard and not edible..called the store and was told the next one would be no charge..Stopped by today and was told there was nothing that could be done...????Pitiful !!!!

They don’t accept any coupons or web offers, ordered $58 worth of food on app. Get there at pick up time they gave, our sandwiches were not even started, they didn’t even know how many we had. We ended up waiting another 45 min for them to make the food. NEVER AGAIN!! Horrible .. charged me $7 for extra meat and there is hardly any meat let alone extra meat.. called, he says “there is nothing I can do” horrible customer service..

Horrible experience, 2 of the 3 sandwiches were wrong, and when i returned to have them fixed, they wanted to argue with me. They didn't remake either sandwich they just threw chese and a handful of pickle on it, without gloves. When I asked for a refund they refused to issue a refund.

I ordered via the Subway app. The delivery driver (who was a Door Dasher named Rebekah) tried to deliver a sandwich from Penn Station? I told her this was incorrect, and long story short, I had to go to the restaurant to get my order. It seemed like I had to jump through hoops to get my order, and it took about 10 minutes for them to recreate my order and take down my order number. They kept asking for the Penn Station sandwich, and when I told them I didn't have it, they would exchange looks. 10/10 would NOT recommend this Subway.
