Ordered online on 4/4. Had a Number 6 add avocado ranch. They didn't add the avocado ranch nor were the chalupas fresh. They were rock hard. When trying to call the line rang busy.

Missing items we ordered. The items we got were absolutely disgusting. Hard tacos broken. Soft tacos should have been just lettuce tacos since that was just about the only thing in them.
Walked in expecting a great Taco Bell experience...wow I was sorely mistaken. Music from a boombox was so loud that comfortable conversation would have been impossible. Was not greeted, or even waited on. A young woman from the back came up, shot us a snide look, then continued on walking back into the kitchen. Waited another 5 min and still no greeting or service.We should of known better as we've been there twice before and was displeased on both occasions. I used to be a huge fan of Taco Bell and so was my girl however we both made the agreement that if we want fast Mexican we'll go to Qdoba, chipotle, Moe's or anywhere else other than Taco Bell ever again.Beyond that the store was filthy and disheveledDo not go to the Taco Bell on McKinley, you will be disappointed

Just went thru the drive thru. Horribly made food. My cheesy gordita crunch was COLD and DRY. Wasnt NO CHEESE ON THE OUTSIDE AND IT WASNT EVEN MELTED. the outter tortilla was cold so it cracked cuz it cant bend. Then...It wasn't even wrapped up and I had packets of mild sauce sitting IN my taco. So it was remade and the second one was even colder. Just pathetic. I should've just gave them both tacos back and got my money back.
I was door dashing and had two separate orders. Lady at night/morning shift about 1:42am told me I had to pull back around for the second order after 4-5 cars behind me pulled in. She has kind of redish hair and

The food - it's Taco Bell. The service - you use the app and have it ordered ASAP for pick up, get there obout 5 minutes and it still isn't ready and have to wait for 5 minutes... What good is the app and ordering ahead if you still have to wait...

Ordered a LG nacho fry...that cost almost $4 with tax...got a half full order and the cheese sauce cup was HALF full as well!!! Not like my last order...and NO one will answer the phone to report

Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered 3 Doritos Locos Taco Supremes, and what I got was three hard shells with enough meat and lettuce (with NO sour cream even though I got Supremes) to fill about an 1/8 of each shell. No excuses for this. (7:30pm 10/14)I took pictures and would HAPPILY share if I could figure out how.And I am definitely not one to exaggerate expectations on fast food.
