Shorter my order in the drive thru, no receipt, and when I asked for the missing things, they tried to accuse me of lying about it. Finally got my missing things and no apology came with it. Just a bad attitude. Not going back to this location , and probably avoiding any Taco Bell all together.

Went thru the drive thru, ordered 3 items but only received 2 of them. Called them and they said I would need a receipt to come get the item I was missing. Too bad they didn’t give me a receipt. Do better.

Egg Head

Ordered 3 of the chipotle ranch grilled chicken burritos and none of them got grilled. We wanted to go inside but a worker came out and told us the lobby was closed.

Ordered nacho fries and two tacos and the tacos were ok but the nacho fries and the cheese were both moldy. Will not visit

Stopped in for a quick lunch, the only reason you go to a fast food restaurant is for fast food but that never happens. Service was slow, the soda was 90% carbonated water, and the food was cold and under cooked. I could have gone to one of the small family restaurants in the area. My food would have been better and the service would have been faster. I'm done with fast food restaurants.

Rock hard potatoes on my taco. Every otber time I stop here I think it's getting better. Then back to trash and refired food. Didn't even get my receipt to call and complain. Phone is always busy...

Really no reason to come here anymore. The service has become so slow its ridiculous to think of it as fast food. What used to be a saving grace was the $5 box. Now when I tried to order one they claim "we're all out." Out of the box? I don't need a box. Out of the items from the box? No, they claim they don't sell it anymore, even though it's still on the menu and being advertised in the store.Update: tried it again after they had been closed for a while and reopened. Same experience. Went to order off the menu, "we don't have that anymore."

You can get full for less than $10. Not a small feat in today's world without resorting to junk food or burgers. Will be back.

Though this location also has the KFC (chicken is what I ordered), it's fair to say that \"IF\", and I emphasize if, you get everything you order, service is slow but food is consistently good as expected and in line with company expectations. One thing I'm concerned about is- bones on wings and legs were always broken. I suspect that the poultry processing company must break the bones before the birds have been killed for processing. Seemingly inhumane.
