Ok look idk the night shift managers name, she is usually alwaaays there around like 8-11 anytime i go. but she literally needs a raise, she is so understanding and such the sweetest soul ever. she keeps that accountability and owns it! she is a great person to look up to for employees. she is a true leader and she definitely represents that company WELL! sorry idk your name, but youre going places girl! i feel like people only make reviews when theyre mad but im here to let you know ive had SEVERAL great encounters with her! so times this review times xxx5!

Asked if I'd like to use the app today. Explained it was down for me, person said it's working now when I just said it wasn't. I moved on, she took my order. When I paid, wasn't given my receipt and had to ask for it. Girl gave attitude and rolled her eyes. She brought it back and I left, and noticed too late they forgot my frosty. Had to go all the way back through the drive through. Upon getting my "LARGE" frosty, wad very disappointed. The size is incredibly small for 4 dollars and no real ice cream. Very disappointed. Hand for comparison.

The staff here is so awesome. The short girl with piercings who is often on the drive thru is the sweetest. I love Wendy's food because it doesn't taste overly greasy like other fast food places!

Had us pull and park from drive thru. Said our spicy nuggets were going to be fresh. Sat there for 20 mins waiting. The manager comes out and asks if we were walking on an order we said yes. He then says that he didn't see the order on the screen but he would double check. Comes out again a few mins after and said that it was his fault he put it aside while an employee grabbed his attention for a signature. Totally unprofessional. Will not be eating there again

My fiance and I eat out alot and tonight was by far the best burgers we have had in we can not remember when, knocking Culver's out of the water tonight, I had a number 1 meal single and he had a number 8 meal, everything was perfect, order was correct but no joke Wendy's rocked it tonight...... I've never given an above and beyond comment before until tonight, if 10 stars were available to be given I would definitely give them, all your staff at this location deserve a recognition for perfection in food and service.... compliments to the chef.... first time experience at this newer location..... to add no we don't have family or friends within, do not personally know any employee's just wanted to share this experience in full...... we will stop again.....

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had we to start boycotting all these restaurants theirs customers pay they’re hard earned money and the food not prepared right the customer service is terrible wait time is horrible untrained staff
