This location has always been my least favorite because I don't feel the food is as good as it is at other locations. Other locations have better service too. We decided to give it another chance since it is the closest Wings Etc. to our house. The service was terrible. It was so bad that I actually went to the bar and ordered our second round of drinks. I think we actually sat at our table for at least 20 minutes before we were even acknowledged. My wings were cold. My sons bun was rock hard and his fries were cold. We will definitely drive out of our way to go to the other locations.

I placed an order for carryout got there waited at the hostess desk for 7 minutes had three waitresses look at me I finally went to the bar asked about my order and she said it was over there. I think things would have been better when I called if they would have said to come to the bar to get my food then maybe my pretzels bite wouldn't have been soggy

I was picking up a doordash & overheard a server explaining that she was the only server tonight, with a party of 20, 4, 7, 3, etc. she had about 8 tables. I don't know if it was multiple call offs but that is not ok, I felt bad for her watching her run around all over. She deserves a raise or a bonus but most importantly, better staffing from her managers.
My wife and I went to Wing's last night and sat in the bar. I ordered 6 wings. It was cold in the bar and I asked the host if she could turn up the heat, she said they were not allowed to do that ! I asked my wife if we should request a table in the kitchen and she said they probably weren't allowed to do that either. Our food arrived and my wings were done exactly the way I like them and also very hot however it was still cold in there so I put one wing under each of my armpits and they kept me warm enough to finish my meal. Should I have to pay for those two wings ?Parking: It was free.

The sauces are a little odd. The way they package everything together without labels and wrapped in paper make it really difficult to eat. Fries are soggy even if you get them cooked extra.
