When ordering food at the counter it would be nice if the employees would speak to you instead of just standing there, how hard is it to say welcome to McDonald’s may I take your order? I just stood and stared back until finally just asking for a cup of coffee only response was what I owed. The only time I get good service is when the older employees are working

Although the food was hot and came fairly quickly through the drive-thru on this visit the car in front of me peeled out after waiting a bit to pay. The employees at the window were pleasant and smiling.

Don’t go at night. They shut the doors early and all they have is drive-through open. And they don’t even turn their lights on for customers. So when you show up at night, you’re showing up to a dark McDonald’s. Big safety hazard.And they’re a lot friendlier in the
