Went through the drive through and had a pretty terrible experience.- We didn’t get any of our sauces even though we added extra, and didn’t end up getting any.- We got a cup that had a hole in it so it leaked all over my car.- My BACON double quarter pounder had no bacon on it- One of my kids happy meal had the apples it comes with, while my other kids did not have the apples that it should have.- To top all this off, we didn’t get any straws which is what makes the coke ?This was a terrible experience, we usually prefer Mooresville to Camby but this was a Camby experience. We might just have to take a McD break ?

Rudest employees I have ever run across!! From the taker of orders at the drive-through to the person who collected money and finally to the person who handed out the food. Told the drive-through person thank you and barely received a grunt in response. Same with payor and food handler. Told them to have a nice day and barely got a grunt in response. The food was typical McDonald's fare, so expect that. My rating is based on the employees.

I work here but no more there's been at least 3 people new hired that has not continued I've been to hospital twice blood pressure over 200 I've been told and worked food service for more then 30 years this is by far the worse environment I have experienced quite few complaints from customers on the attitudes of staff here it's very busy very hectic yes but if u can't handle with out panic and mistreating ur employees then maybe u should pursue a different position there very rude they care more about speed then quality they care more about numbers money made then they do quality of treatment and customers the food cleanliness is great in some aspects but the attitudes and how they treat customers is absolutely the most rudest place I have ever in my life experienced ur customer is why ur successful and why u have job I can't count my customers that I have had to apologize to and try turn there experiences around because of saying I'm never coming back here so many customer complain on the attitudes of staff it's wrong u do not mistreat ur customers number one number two u don't mistreat ur employees I will not return this McDonald and recommend to go the extra two miles to camby because this place needs a real serious respect adjustment kindness it's free does not cost nothing and to work in such a hostile environment will deffently tear u down who wants to cry before after work worse work environment by far and most deffently needs adjusting on how important ur customer is

The drive thru was busy. I was far back of line. They kept the line moving. Food was hot and good. They did a great job of keeping things moving. Didn't take long at all. Kudos!!!!
