Drove two hours to experience this greatness. Green Hill Diner is amazing, with faithful patrons, adept and personable servers, and a small town atmosphere. The cheese curds are to die for, and the Cuban Tenderloin with homemade fries was one of the best I’ve ever had. All of the food was served fresh and hot. Plus, the chocolate milkshake was the perfect dessert. 10/10, highly recommend, would dine again.

Hi my name is Jonah Bosma and I visited the Green Hill Diner at 6:11 on February 10th. At 6:10 the same day, I felt something was be missing in my life. I felt as if I was missing some flavor in my life if you know what I mean. Needless to say, the moment I walked into the Green Hill Diner after driving two hours from Lafayette, my wishes were granted. Immediately I felt as if I were at home. Before Green Hill, I didn’t realize how starving I really was. After eating the Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich I instantly saw God. Atheists been really quiet ever since they discovered the Green Hill Diner. You know Canes? That one place with the chicken and top tier Texas toast? Yeah their garlic bread is so good. The bread on the sandwich that I got at Green Hill was like the toast at Raising Canes but like actually 4 times as good. Like I lost my vision when I only smelled it. I mean it smelled twice as good as the toast at canes tasted for real for real. So in conclusion, this food was ultra good. Totally worth the 4 hours I drove actually one of the best things I’ve ever tasted. Also I met a very nice lady on my trip and she gave me more road trip ideas.Edit: at 12:21am later that night I had this massive burp and I got a taste of that Hot Honey Sandwich and it was glorious. Thank you for such an amazing meal that lasted all day.Parking: I had a massive creeper van with like 7 dudes and there was no trouble parking.

I drove like 2 hours to get to this place with my friends. Place was exceptionally cozy and the service was very polite and on point. The food was EXCELSIOR and was easy one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had. Milkshake was a good cherry on top after finishing the solid meal. I will be going back to try the Hot Honey Chicken Grilled Cheese. Would recommend this place.

Came from out of town for a change of scenery and discovered something magnificent. May or may not have driven over two hours for this. I ordered a grilled cheese and tomato soup on sourdough bread and it turned out to be the comfort food I had been craving. Soup was nicely garnished and the French toast was golden. Don't get me started on the cheese curds, definitely the best I've had. And they come with a great sauce or two. I was about to leave without desert but of course I changed my mind and decided to get a caramel milkshake. It was a generous portion, perfectly smooth, and topped with whipped cream. Service was friendly and lots of locals said hi. Probably will be back next time I feel like spending gas money

Took a 2 hour road trip out here with some friends and it was super worth it. The food was immaculate and it has a great small town vibe. Friendly servers and patrons too. Highly recommend. The cheese curds are amazing.

Green hill diner is the most fantastic restaurant I've ever read to , and I adore the amount of character that is presented just in the building itself, let alone the people. The food is immaculate, and the cheese curds are too good to speak of.
