Ordered 2 mcdoubles one with only onion other add mayo and the only onion burger was received with only pickles instead of onion....took back they fixed it but not the point..

The consistently WORST McDonalds I've ever been too. No exaggeration about 90% of the time something is wrong with the order. They make every single person pull forward to the point I don't even understand the point of having the second window. They are just as slow as humanly possible. Stupid expensive for the quality considering the people can't even stack sandwich properly and I'm tired of them asking about the stupid mobile app EVERY time that I order. The only one I've been to that ran out of ketchup. They had individual packets but insisted they couldn't use them in the kitchen and I needed to put it on my burger in my car myself. What McDonalds runs out of ketchup????? They just need to shut this place down.

Every single time I go through this place the order is messed up, this time they screwed up the bears fast order, the biscuit had cheese on it even tho it was ordered without, and for once the hashbrowns were actually a hot soggy mess and not a cold soggy mess but they were so greasy it was soaking through the napkins and when we tried to eat them they stuck to the wrapper and had to be eaten in pieces after we scraped them off. Do better.

Rude people are this one. And you would think that when they have a ticket right in front of them....they could get it right? McDondalds has steadily gown downhill since the late 80's. They gotten so bad.....you wouldn't think they could fall any further.

I remember when a drive thru was; place order, pay for order, pick up order, AND leave.Now, especially at this McDonald's (Mt. Vernon, IN.), it's place order, pay for order, pick up drink, and pull forward and WAIT!It's supposed to be FAST food!By the time my food is hand delivered to my car after waiting 10 minutes or longer any hope for ANY of the food still being hot or even WARM is out of the question. Cold McDonald's fries absolutely suck!

2 lanes open in drive thru I pull up nobody in either lane. I sit there waiting and a car pulls up in other lane and orders still no response on my side. I just drove off after waiting and asking in speaker for service when they ignored me.

I am the only person in the drive thru and get told to pull around the building. This is after the worker at the window tries to give me three drinks and argues with me when I ask for a cup carrier. As move to the spot designated for the orders that are on hold, a worker is already waiting to give me my food. Worst McDonald's I have ever had the displeasure of patronizing. Would give 0 stars if it were possible.

My husband & I stopped there on the way to Evansville. He got cookies & I got a Diet Coke. The cookies were fresh & the Diet Coke was amazing. McDonalds are famous for their Diet Coke.? The dining room was clean. The workers were all friendly.Parking: The parking lot is large enough but when you are ready to leave you have to back into the area where cars are lining up for the drive thru which is difficult to see if a large large vehicle is parked beside you.Kid-friendliness: It's McDonald's, home of the Happy Meal, what more needs to be said.Wheelchair accessibility: The wheelchair accessibility is very well thought out.
