We don't get to Muncie often, but when we do, we like to stop and get some yummy donuts to take home. The service is great and everything is always well stocked.
Best bakery in Muncie! Have visited many times and get cookies, donuts, and other baked goods. I almost never have a wait and the counter people are quick. Price is great too!

We came in with my special needs son after he had an appointment, he became overwhelmed with the amount of choices and the woman helping us was very wonderful, patient, and understanding. She even gave him a small donut hole to try.

Honestly if you don't enjoy Concannon's I think you're the problem lol. The store is always clean. The food is always fresh. Staff have always been friendly, patient, and helpful.
