It may be my fault but ordered the chicken strip basket for my child, it has always came with gravy and that's the only reason we go here and pay so much. They asked what dipping sauce, ummm ranch. Well we got it and the ranch took place of the gravy. Fries were so greasy. Went back in w the ranch and explained, charged me for the gravy that was maybe 1-2 ounces. Too expensive for the hassle and 3 pieces of chicken, fries weren't ate and had to pay extra for ehat she wanted in the first place.

I just ordered Dairy Queen for pick up through Grubhub but I started to eat my food in the restaurant. I ordered a chicken basket and long black hair on my toast I talked to the manager and I called Grubhub. This isn’t the first time I had an issue with Dairy Queen but I will never order Dairy Queen ever again that’s a promise.

Everytime I come here the staff is very rude. I am currently sitting in the parking lot after going through the Drive-Thru. They handed us our food but they didn't put the sauce in the bag that we were charged for. They proceeded to argue with us that is was in the bag when we asked about it. We took all the food out of the bag to prove it wasn't in there and realized the pretzel sticks had salt on them. We said no salt and the reciept said no salt as well. When they brought us our sauce, I informed him that my order was wrong. While I was talking he shut the window on me. Then he told the other staff "now they are complaining about their pretzel sticks". Yes we complained because it was incorrect not to be rude. 10/10 do NOT recommend. I worked there in the past and I can personally say the management there is atrocious.

We have been going to Dairy Queen on S. Madison for years. Like everything else it has become terrible. Anyone who orders a bunch of food in the drive thru does not have to pull forward and by the time you get your ice cream it is melted. You are given no napkins and have to ask for a receipt. You are lucky if you get anything in a blizzard but ice cream. Use to be the best cheese burgers around. Now they are always dry. I never thought I would see this from a locally owned franchise.
