This place has great potential. The food was great but no establishment should close there doors at 7pm on a Friday night. They close at 7pm every night. They could be flying orders out the door running a ghost kitchen with doordash, grubhub, ubereats, etc while leaving dining open until 9 or 10pm. We came back two days later at 7:30pm on a Friday because we liked it so much to find the doors locked. Very disappointed in that but otherwise it’s a good place with great potential.

O.... M..... Gosh! No words! These are hands down the BEST burgers on the planet! Perfect sear on the patties, buns sooooo soft! Beer battered fries are stupidly delicious! Had 2 granddaughters with us so I was happy to see they have chicken nuggets lol. I don't think I can ever eat another burger other than Jake's!!

Milkshakes are tasteless and nothing more than flavored milk. Tried them twice both times were terrible. Most people want a thicker milkshake. You definitely need to up the ounces of ice cream you use, as your employees are weighing the cup. Hamburger was burnt and over powered with toppings and fries were cold and limp. Don't really care to go back.

The bacon cheeseburger is good, the fries are mid, the price is HIGH. I do like the fries more than the fries from other burger places, but still nothing to write home about.

Got to go, similar to Five guys, burgers and buns might be slightly larger. They give you an abundance of ketchup mustard and mayo.

This was my first time at Juicy Jake's Smashburgers and everything was wonderful. We went through the drive thru and didn't have to wait long at all. I got a double cheeseburger with all the regular toppings. Everything was fresh, made to order, and prepared with good quality ingredients! The beer battered fries were fresh, hot, and crispy, and the ice cream is some of the best I have had. I can't wait to try other items on the menu.

Mixed emotions for sure. The burger was really great but the fries are not the best. It’s not worth the price… yet. Definitely need some more training with employees as our orders were wrong. I think if they fixed the fries and had better customer service we would give it a try again! Definitely won’t be back until they have some time to work out the kinks.
