Went to 215 S Walnut St on Friday, June 3rd, 2022, during it's stated business hours and nothing was there. No signage, the doors were locked, and no one answered the phone. This was a fantastic restaurant when it was at White River plaza, but I don't think this location is open anymore.**Update: I only gave it 1 star because it was still showing as an active business on Google, even though it’s not. It’s very unfortunate that it went out of business because it was very good. I was just disappointed that when I searched it, it showed up with hours and information.

Food was ok. Portion sizes were on the small side.

Hands down favorite place to eat in Muncie! Their Sambosa with the taziki sauce is to die for! Literally a Muncie treasure!

Great food and very friendly staff!

Tahini sauce and hummus were both phenomenal. The falafels were a bit dry for my taste, but were really good with the sauce. Gyro was great and had fresh ingredients. Amazing! The prices were also super reasonable for the amount of food I got

I ordered the Country Style Rib Tips and they were somewhat ok. I'm disappointed about them calling them Rib Tips when actually they are not real Rib Tips. I ordered them using Door Dash and I called the restaurant after I made my order to ask them if they were real Rib Tips and not just a cut of pork that they call Rib Tips and they said that they were real Rib Tips. When in fact they were a cut of pork with barbecue sauce on them. I think that the owner needs to go to Victor's and also the barbecue restaurant at Wheeling and Centennial and see what are actual Rib Tips. The fries that came with what they call Rib Tips were good but I was really disappointed with what they call Rib Tips. In reply to your response. The person that I talked to at your restaurant wasn't confused because I asked the question quite clearly if they were real Rib Tips or just country style ribs that are not Rib Tips. He said that they were real Rib Tips. What you serve is Country Style Ribs not Rib Tips. I was leaving a honest review that wasn't meant to be a bad review. If I was leaving a bad review I would have gave you only one star. 3 Stars is average. And to be totally honest what you serve is not even from the ribs on the pig. Country Style Ribs are Pork shoulder meat. Not even close to being the same thing as Rib Tips

Maadi Grill has made the best food I’ve eaten in Muncie. The food is always fresh and the owner is incredibly nice. The sauces are delicious and really enhance each dish. They are a very popular restaurant and do occasionally sell out of things, but don’t let that deter you all of the menu items are delicious.

I’ve been to Maadi Grill too many times to count, and the food and service are always amazing. The baklava is the best I have ever had. Simply put, it’s phenomenal! If you haven’t been here yet, you need to. Hands down one of the best restaurants in Muncie.

The staff is so helpful and nice. The food is out of this world amazing! If you haven’t tried it, I highly recommend!! Some of my favorites are the feta/spinach Samboosa, amazing gyros, grilled rack of lamb with rice and grilled zucchini! But there is so much on the menu and it’s all good! Absolutely outstanding. I’m drooling just typing this

This is one of Muncie's gems. They operate out of Valhalla Bar right now. Absolutely the best takeout in the city. Whatever you get, make sure you get some labna. Everything is fresh and delicious. They will bring it out to you car -- park in front or in the parking lot in back.

This restaurant is NOT closed! It has moved to 215 S walnut st, muncie. It is located inside the Valhalla bar. This is a great little Egyptian place located inside of a bar. You go to the odd little window and order your food. Everything is cooked fresh to order. If you've never had Egyptian food it's similar to Greek food, so check it out! The owners were friendly and the food was delcious.
