Slowest drive thru at night can be only one in line with one meal take 30-40 minutes quicker and just as cheap to dine in somewhere prices are higher and service is awful always like that not one time happened multiple don’t go there much anymore.

This occurred at she store located at 305 S Tillotson Ave, Muncie, IN 47304. I placed an order for 2 McChickens, a medium fry, a medium drink, and a Big Mac (my receipt on the McDonalds app reflects that.). It took quite a while to get it together, and when I finally got it and arrived home, I realized that someone inside had added an item to my order and then kept it for themselves. Despite the in-app receipt showing I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, the email I received shows that I was charged for 3, and I only received two of them. I believe this was intentional, and that the worker shielding their computer from my view at window one was changing my order without my knowledge as the person at the 2nd window later had to go talk to them. This is theft, and credit card fraud, and i guarantee this isnt the first time it has been done. I lol

The fries were cold and Bacon &Cheese Quarter Pounder was lacking the Bacon plus the cheese wasn't melted.

i'd give it a 0 if i could. every time i come here i wait 30-45 min for food that takes 10 min tops at any other mcdonald's. food comes out cold, and everybody that works here has an attitude. i hate this place so much i would rather set myself on fire than go here again.

No one said a word. Took about 15 minutes to get the food. When I laid with cash and asked for a receipt they didn't give me and they gave me the wrong change. I laid with a 20 dollar bill. My meal was 9.79. I got 6.21 back. Ordered a chocolate milk shake and you can tell it has been sitting out for a while. Thinking someone else ordered it and left it and that's what I got. Honestly it's ridiculous and I have worked in fast food and it is not difficult. But apparently I'm wrong.

Ordered a LG Carmel Frap , added x 2 espresso shots. LITERALLY SPIT IT OUT, VERY DISAPPOINTING !!! For a drink that cost what it does employees should be trained to properly & consistently make them correctly !!!!! May as well of gone to Starbs tbh, spending same amount of money atleast they know how to make their drinks correctly & consistently !
