Well overall I did get fresh food but I had to ask for fresh food three times so they're always trying to give you old food they act like it's coming out of their pockets furthermore poor staff no customer skills whatsoever

Service is slow. Workers are more worried about their phones then work. Also they make you wait for longer periods inside. Seemed like drive thru was their worry.

I don't know what it is with All these McDonald's, but, every Time I get Chicken Nuggets.. I have to go In to get my Sauces!! And sometimes they want to Argue with me saying that they Put them in my bag.. and I'm like, No, No, they are Not in my bag. What is it with the Sauces that they are So Stingy about?? And the Ice Cream Machines Never work! We have to go Elsewhere for Ice Cream.. if y'all ain't gonna Fix your Machines, then, get Rid of them.
Whoever was running expo and the line tonight was an idiot. I spent more than half hour in line, they forgot my mcchicken and had none up. The only person who wasn’t rude or goofing off was the lady at drive thru window. Other staff would ignore her whenever she tried to get updates on my order.

If I could give 0 stars I would I stopped by there the management team is the worst no respect for the customers or employees along with the food been cold. I was so over it I just threw up it away after finding out one of the mgr is a sex offender (minors) so why is that ok for him to be around the children that work there.

This restaurant is close to Muncie Mall. So, traffic is always congested getting there. However, given the interior's design, it is a haven from the noise and hurry of the area. What appeals to me is that it has access from a quiet street on another side, away from mall traffic, so that I can exit via a stop light--rather than having to dart into mall traffic to get out.The food is always well-prepared, and the staff is friendly. An oasis in the midst of frenzy.

Went through the 2 lane drive thru for a simple egg mcmuffin after shuffling through the slow lines we got to the first window the voice says what did you order? OH boy! Pais after a reminder. At the second window a second retention of what did you order? A little more waiting for a cold sandwich.
