Never got my Oatmeal, sweet tea only dripped out and didn't get half a cup and I let them know it needed filled which they never did. Husband had his breakfast eaten and still nothing so I asked for a refund and they didn't even apologize for the poor service. There were plenty of people working so there was no excuse. Will never go back to this location!

This location always messes up our order every time, and the food when ordered ahead is not only cold but stuff is missing. I order through the drive through and order a number 7 and they literally forgot my burgers. On top the that they have weird if not non existent in store hours so you have to wait all the way in line again to get your food corrected so the other part of your food you ordered gets cold. No other restaurant messes up as much as this one. How is it this bad when it’s literally the job at hand.

The food is good, but I guess they don't want you to eat inside anymore? Even if you select "Eat In," they put your food in a to-go bag. No more trays. Also, the kiosk says for you to select a table tent (that way, they BRING the food to you), but all they do is call the number out, and you have to go grab it. No more in-house service at this particular McDonalds.

This location consistently lies and refuses to take orders in the morning. 3 times I have attempted to either place a dinner order before 3am or a breakfast order after 4am. Each time has been through the mobile app indicating they are in service, then when I arrive I get denied service and have to wait for the order to time out before I get refunded (which can take up to 24+hrs). During that time the app becomes unusable as it detects you have an order in progress and won't let you make another at a different location.

Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Just go to the one on Tillotson.Every time, without fail, picking up an online order inside will result in a order without cups, most likely because they fail to realize it’s an online order. I couldn’t get someone at the counter for a while one time, so I went behind the counter and got them for myself.The place is always somewhat filthy. They have been better about it but the drink area is still pretty bad.The soda machine in the lobby usually has issues with the syrup, ie. Diet Coke tasting like there was a diet Diet Coke.Experienced a 30 min wait with one other car in the drive thru at 7:30pm.Only saving grace is the food.

The servers were drinking their beverages on the line. Also, they did not give us all the food we ordered or our condiments, so I had to go back in and ask for it.Parking: We had trouble exiting the parking lot due to the overall layout.

Food is always made well and the orders are correct - when they want to actually make the food. Multiple times I have driven up to pick up an order on the app for the location to be closed and not serving people. If the app would reflect their actual hours and not the hours corporate hopes they're open maybe this wouldn't happen. Fix your hours. If you don't want to be open 24 hours no one is forcing you to, just don't lie about being open 24 hours when you aren't

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. They took 30 mins to even get our food to us in the drive-thru even though they weren’t busy. They weren’t answered the intercom for people. They added mayo to my sandwich even though I asked for it without mayo, IT WAS LITERALLY PRINTED ON THE RECEIPT. They stood right beside the drive-thru window & watched us wait there, trying to get their attention. After 10 minutes I tried to go in the building & they had locked up 30 minutes before they were supposed to. A man stopped & told me they do this all the time so that people won’t come in to complain. Never going again.
