I used the window, but it was quick and the pizza was good. I even went over the recommended toppings and it was still cook well. The only complaint I'd have is that I only wanted mushrooms on half, but wasn't that big of a deal. Would order again!

Poor customer service. Ordered online carryout using reward points. Order total was $7 more than what my online total was, my reward points was for a free order of wings. My points were redeemed but shift manager said there was nothing she could do. Portion of order removed, points not credited back and the wings I did pay for hardly had any sauce at all.

There needs to be a law that restaurants have to offer a cash refund when they mess up. A "credit" for the same restaurant that can't simply give the customer what they ordered is worthless.

No longer provides plates..cups..and utensils service was poor..employees lied to use..said all dinnerware was being washed. Other employees stated they didn't have dinnerware. Management stated they just had paper plates.........,.............other manager said this location is trashy and Always has been

Service was horrible the manager was actually turning people down people as they were walking in. Telling them you might as well go to another place we're not going to be able to get to you and there was literally no one in the restaurant.

The prices are quite reasonable, I can feed myself and my two sons with the dinner box for only $15. It arrived quickly and everybody was pleased.
It's ok as long as the right people are working. Otherwise you're crust will either be over or under baked

The manager was very unprofessional and rude more than once 3 to 4 times the delivery guy literally went back to the store to get my phone number only to call me and tell me that I didn't give him you're not gonna tip enough money and that I need to do carry out if I'm not going to tip him enough and then he turned around and called me on his own phone number and when I called the manager, she didn't care tell me there was nothing she could do about it

The managers rude the food is not what it's supposed to be. The food is cold and the delivery driver went back to the store grab my phone number called and told me because I didn't give him as its color of tip as he thought that I should I do carry out from now on , then I call the manager she didn't care. She told me that she does it's out of her hands. It was nothing she could do so they get a -10. So then I turned around and called and she didn't want to help so I called the northside and they gave me everything I needed to get it handled properly. Be careful if you use this Madison St., Pizza Hut because it is not worth life. Lazy rude disrespectful
