Placed an order which I added cheese and bacon on the sandwiches. Had to pull around and wait 20 minutes for my order, only to find that even though they charged for all the cheese and all the bacon.. There was none of either. Had to return to the location and wait another 15 minutes for order to be corrected.
The food would have been better if they had gotten the order right but I literally don't even expect food to be right anywhere anymore

Comparing this Rallys to the one on Madison St. Are 100 times better, especially with the people that work at the one on Madison Street. Just my opinion!

It has been several months since I last stopped in. I've always been satisfied with the food and service. This time however, someone dropped the ball. Sandwich was dry, French fries tasted like they were yesterday's.

The cheese sticks are delicious, the chicken strips are a good size, and oh my goodness y'all! The caramel cheesecake sundae is to die for! I can't wait to try the other two flavors.

Food was alright but not worth the price you pay for, the fat guy with the beard is rude as hell, called me a liar to my face when I ordered the 2 for $6.50 and added two fries and drinks and said I hadn't yet took my money anyway.
