Our first time back to inside dining at S&S since Covid. This was one was self serve inside. Nice system. I had a glitch with my e-gift card. A staff member worked it out. Food was good. AND this S&S did the fries just right! Good job!
I haven't been there in a few years. I took my niece and found out you have to order from a computer screen. Her order was not complete and we had to stand there and try to get someone's attention. I really like live people when I go to a restaurant.

I have not eaten at Steak 'n Shake in years and was pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh, hot, and "Yummy'. The staff was also extremely pleasant and helpful. Super clean establishment.
