Went there for the 1st time yesterday and was very disappointed and unsatisfied. Someone in my group orders something that came in a plastic container and when she sat it down on the table it completely fell over and spilt out on the table and the staff refused to remake it and even seen that that ice-cream was unbalanced in the bowl as when she tried to pick it up herself it fell over multiple times and then they forgot her drink and she waited about 20 minutes after their was about 15 people served she asked for her drink and they wanted to argue with her that she didn't order one and after they looked at her purchase they realized that she did infact order one. Would not recommend as the staglff last night was very rude and not helpful at all.

This place is a joke! Order 5 shaved ice the drive threw . They messed up our order and only had 4 shaved ice. Very rude customer service, no help at all! Slammed window in face and made us wait 10 minute for our other shaved ice while the 4 shaved ice we have is all melting. Ask if they can remake 1 but said we will have to pay for it again. Didn't even get to enjoy or even eat my shaved ice. I will never go here again! My first experience and my last experience! I called to leave my number for the owner but they never got back to see what the problem was. Plus it would be nice if they had drink carriers as well. Just imagine trying to drive home with 5 shaved ice and two people when all the ice melted to liquid because the worker messed up our order and never fixed it.

Enjoyed the trip to the Frozen Boulder. We got a brownie sundae. It was a good size, the brownie was warm. Cookie dough crumbles some of the best I've had in an ice cream shop sundae. The Ashby's ice cream was good. Didn't like they charged 50 cents for an extra cup but understand and respect the decision to cover food and materials costs.

Stopped by for ice cream. We had Amaretto Cherry, Raspberry Rendezvous, Lemon bar Cheesecake and they were all delicious. We'll be back when we have more time for more ice cream and to play putt putt!

Tried the Razberrry and the Lemon bar ice creams. They were awesome, and we will definitely be back. We came for the ice cream, but also enjoyed the nice mini golf course next door!
One of the hardest things to find is an ice cream parlor that sells a no sugar or low sugar ice cream that tastes good. Well somehow this place has it figured out. They offer this Apple Pie ice cream flavor that'll knock your diabetic socks off.We got the sundae loaded with other stuff and it was amazing.
