Weirdest drive thru I've ever been to. Couldn't ask for sauce because you at no time interact with a person beyond thru the speaker at the menu. The payment and food is done via a tube system like a bank teller drive thru. Never experienced this at a restaurant. Didn't lower the quality of the food but contributed to the one star in regards to atmosphere

This place should have been demolished a decade ago. The food is always absolutely disgusting. The store is filthy and appears to have not been cleaned since the war in Vietnam. Employees don't know how to greet customers. Don't get me started on the drive-thru that is rarely functioning properly. This place needs to go, lets bring in some new development.

The NEW BLT IS GREAT . THE BEST SANDWICH EVER in my opinion.Oh yes I am still angry ? with Arby's because they took the potato cakes away . Why would you do that?????They were GR8 and will be again if they would bring them back .

We arrived at 8:20 in the evening and they already had the dining room closed off. We just finished a hard day of house projects and wanted a simple meal out, but the man at the counter said that he had to leave early so he closed off the dining room. We had to take our food back home with us which was disappointing (we drove by the next day at 8:45 in the dining room was open). Food was good though!

Sandwich size shrunk lol. 2 for $6 only on fish, chicken or reg. Roast beef not cheddar. Food was good just small.Parking: Drive-through was crazy ridiculous.. !!!

The food is good when it's actually fresh. I literally order the same thing and most times it's a problem with this location. They always give you coupons that you can twice. I get the beef n cheddar meal for 5.99..... they never want to honor their own coupon nd when they charge the regular amount like 10.00 they never want to refund you. Tonight was it Lorenzo to my order, to the coupon didn't honor it for the 2 meals nd then didn't refund me nd acted as if he never saw the coupon! On top of that I was missing other things I ordered. He and his coworker were very smug about it nd refused to right their wrong. I will not be back.
